Qualifications & experience
- Pendidikan minimum gelar Diploma/Sarjana di bidang Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja, Ilmu Lingkungan, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman bekerja sebagai Petugas HSE di lingkungan manufaktur.
- Sertifikat HSE yang relevan diutamakan
Tasks & responsibilities
- Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan kebijakan dan prosedur keselamatan.
- Melakukan inspeksi dan audit secara berkala untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya potensial dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan.
- Memberikan pelatihan keselamatan dan program pendidikan bagi karyawan di semua tingkatan.
- Berkolaborasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan pertimbangan HSE terintegrasi ke dalam semua aspek operasi.
- Berkoordinasi dengan manajemen dan karyawan untuk mempromosikan budaya keselamatan dan tanggung jawab lingkungan.

Training: Provide safety training and workshops for staff and contractors involved in the commissioning process, focusing on local regulations and best practices.
Incident Investigation: Investigate safety incidents and near incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of safety inspections, audits and compliance reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
Collaboration: Work closely with the project team, contractors and safety personnel to build a safety culture during the commissioning phase.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to safety practices and policies based on findings from inspections and industry developments.
Qualifications:
Education: D3 / Bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety management, or related field.
Experience: At least 3-10 years of experience in safety management, particularly on projects in the industrial or construction sector.
Familiar with HSE, hiradc, JSA and CSMS documents
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., OHS, NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.
Skills: In-depth knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations, good communication skills, and proficiency in risk assessment techniques.
