Position Introductory:

Develop safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance with Indonesia occupational health and safety laws and regulations. Working together with all department in prevent accidents, implement safety plans, and respond to emergencies. Candidate must have knowledge of environmental laws and regulations to review company practices and devise processes to address the impact of a company’s practices on the environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct risk identification, assessment and monitoring of hazard in the Factory.
Create HSE work program and conduct evaluation of implementation in the Factory.
Create and maintain documents related to HSE.
Evaluating compliance with the implementation of regulations.
Prepare report of any safety performance including safety lesson learned.
Conduct investigation and report on incident, accident, and hazard in the factory.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety report.
Create, implement, and evaluate safety talk, induction, training, and safety meeting.
Manage non-hazardous and hazardous waste.
Requirements:

Minimum of a Diploma degree in an engineering, science, or EHS specialty.
Minimum of 5 years EHS job related experience, priority from Manufacturing Company.
Demonstrated EHS Program development and implementation.
Have a General K3 certificate
Familiarity with safety and environmental laws and regulations required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Completion of a recognized environmental or safety professional certification program a plus

Right now, we are looking for a dedicated QA & HSE to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance in our operations. This role is essential to maintaining and improving our quality assurance processes and health, safety, and environmental initiatives within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA and HSE, with a focus on implementing quality control measures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting audits, managing risk assessments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to meet customer and regulatory requirements effectively.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

Develop, maintain, and update company SOPs to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, etc)
Conduct regular internal audits and follow up on audit findings with relevant departments
Analyse production data to identify nonconformity trends and recommend system improvements
Collaborate with internal divisions to create new procedures if necessary
Present structured reports and improvement suggestions to the board of directors
Develop and update HSE policies, procedures, and risk control measures
Align HSE programs with local and international regulations (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001) 
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and industry best practices
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to waste management, pollution control, and sustainability
 

QUALIFICATIONS :

Min. Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering or related field
Actively reading, speaking & writing in English
At least 2 years of QA & HSE experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries
Familiar with basic quality management systems (ISO 9001, HSE or similar) and HSE regulation
Certifications (preferred): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent
Able to work under pressure while keeping documentation neat and consistent
Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-department problem-solving
Ability to conduct training and audits
