Tugas dan Tanggung jawab:
Berkoordinasi dengan pemangku kepentingan internal dan eksternal terkait masalah K3L.
Mensosialisasikan kebijakan, prosedur, dan instruksi kerja HSE Corporate ke fungsi Operation.
Memastikan kebijakan, prosedur dan instruksi kerja di area proyek dapat terlaksana.
Memonitor Leading program HSE di area proyek dengan berpedoman pada KPI HSE proyek yang telah ditetapkan.
Melakukan HSE coaching dan training kepada personil proyek di fungsi HSE dan fungsi lainnya yang terkait.
Memonitor progress serta memastikan dokumen HSE Corporate, Owner/Client HSE standard & requirement dan dokumen HSE proyek terdokumentasi dengan baik
Membuat laporan rutin tentang kinerja K3L dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan yang berkelanjutan.
Kualifikasi:
Gelar sarjana dalam bidang Teknik, Manajemen, atau Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja.
Memiliki sertifikasi K3 yang relevan, seperti OHSAS 18001 atau ISO 45001.
Mempunyai pengalaman 2 Tahun sebagai QHSE dalam industri konstruksi dan pertambangan (lebih disukai)
Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peraturan dan standar K3L yang berlaku di Indonesia.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
Kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan kerja tim yang kuat.
Berpikir kritis dan berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah.
Pengalaman dalam mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen K3L.

HSE Manager (Contract)

Prepare occupational safety, health, and environmental protection policies to ensure refinery operations run according to regulations.
Ensure HSE integration in every aspect of operations, including production, maintenance, and supply chain.
Conduct risk analysis and prepare mitigation measures to prevent work accidents and environmental pollution.
Lead work accident investigations, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
Develop strategies to reduce work accidents (zero accident program) and improve work safety in the refinery.
Ensure compliance with ISPO, RSPO, and K3 and environmental regulations from the Ministry of Manpower and KLHK.
Manage internal and external audits, including inspections from regulators and sustainability certification.
Conduct emergency response drills (fire drills, oil spill response, chemical leak response, and evacuation) periodically.
Oversee the management of B3 waste, wastewater, gas emissions, and energy to ensure environmentally friendly refinery operations.
Develop sustainability and green industry programs to improve compliance with global environmental standards.
Manage environmental data and prepare sustainability reports in accordance with RSPO, ISPO, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.
Collaborate with Plant Manager, Engineering, and operational teams in implementing HSE policies.
Coordinate with the government, external auditors, and industry associations related to HSE programs in the refinery

About the role
We are seeking a talented Staff HSE / K3L to join our team at PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia, Tbk’ in Karawang, West Java. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) program to ensure the well-being of our employees and the protection of our facilities.
What you’ll be doing
Implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and promote a safe and healthy work environment;
Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards and environmental issues;
Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences;
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards;
Collaborate with management and employees to foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance;
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on HSE-related activities and performance metrics;
Manage the standards and consistent monitoring of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage across all work areas;
Manage the administration and documentation of Hazardous and Toxic Waste (B3 Waste) management in accordance with applicable regulations.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an occupational health and safety or environmental management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry;
Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, including SMK3,ISO 45001;2018 and ISO 14001;2015
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address safety and environmental issues;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Proficiency in relevant software tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation
Formal training or certification in occupational health and safety, such as a Diploma or Degree in HSE or a related field
