PT Mitra Harmoni Sejahtera adalah distributor resmi untuk berbagai alat berat dan aksesoris pengeboran di sektor bisnis utama seperti agribisnis, industri pertambangan, dan konstruksi. Produk : Crushing Plant, Loader Motor, Grader, Vibrating Roller, Backhoe Loader, Forklift Drill Machine and accessories for drill and blasting.

Sedang membutuhkan karyawan dengan persyaratan sebagai berikut :

• Dapat mengidentifikasi, menganalisa, mengevaluasi dan mengelola resiko di lingkungan kerja
• Dapat bekerjasama dengan semua pihak untuk memitigasi resiko
• Mensosialisasikan dan melatih karyawan perihal HSE
• Dapat membuat/review SOP tanggap darurat
• Bersedia ditempatkan diseluruh site plant
• Melakukan input laporan produksi
• Melakukan input untuk permintaan produksi
• Melakukan input hasil produksi
• Melakukan pemantauan dan pelaporan terhadap proses produksi.
• Mengelola inventory bahan baku dan produk jadi
• Menyiapkan laporan produksi secara berkala
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi dan departemen terkait
• Melakukan tugas administrasi lainnya yang terkait dengan proses produksi

Kualifikasi :

• Pengalaman Kerja sebagai Safety di Site minimal 1 tahun • Berdomisili di Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. Indonesia • Wajib Memiliki Sertifikat Ahli K3 terlisensi Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan • Pendidikan minimal D3, lebih disukai Jurusan K3/Teknik Lingkungan atau jurusan terkait. • Pengalaman sebagai admin produksi & HSE Officer, lebih disukai. • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan. • Terampil menggunakan perangkat lunak pengolah data (misalnya MS Office). • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang proses produksi dan manajemen gudang. • Cermat dan detail dalam bekerja. • Dapat bekerja secara mandiri dan juga dalam tim. [PROCESS EXPANSION PROJECT] MANAGER – HSE

Some of your duties will include:

Establish the HSE management function for the project, considering existing company health, safety and environmental procedures.

Develop and implement all health, safety and environmental procedures, including waste management, site security and site hygiene and housekeeping.

Develop and implement the monthly safety activities calendar (inspections, drills, training, etc).

Develop and implement the site emergency response plan.

Develop and implement hazardous area rules and regulations for construction and commissioning work.

Develop and implement electrical equipment, PTW and LOTTO rules and regulations for construction and commissioning work.

Develop site procedures for contractor induction, general conduct of contractors and contractor training requirements.

Develop management and audit plans to ensure all procedures are implemented and executed properly.

Establish a close relationship and cooperate with the company health, safety and environmental departments.

Take ownership of the permitting procedure for the EPC / Expansion or Project Development in Operations & Maintenance Processing Fixed Plant facility.

Manage training of contractors and staff.

Effectively implements and manages plans, actions, procedures, and improvement strategies decided by the project management team.

Submit necessary reports and recommendations to the Project Director/ Project Management concerning project status and problems.

What skills and experience do you need?

Minimum 18 years project based HSE management experience, of which at least 5 years in a similar or equivalent position, as Manager HSE.

Completed at least two projects involving EPC / Expansion or Project Development in Operations & Maintenance Processing Fixed Plant in mineral industries. Similar experience relating those industries will be an advantage.

National/regional experience will be a distinct advantage.

Experienced in developing and implementing procedures and systems.

Strong communicator, self-assured, able to work independently; Good knowledge of construction and erection work requirements; A thorough understanding of the project cycle, the ability to prioritize activities and to drive it to completion and to anticipate pinch points.

Experienced in planning and executing project, construction and commissioning activities is a must.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure effective implementation of HSE plans and procedures at project sites

Conduct daily Tool Box Meetings and ensure POWRA/ST-5 by each team leader

Prepare and maintain HSE documents (Emergency Plan, Induction, Forms, Reports)

Perform daily inspections of work areas, equipment, and PPE

Lead emergency drills and weekly safety meetings with subcontractors and clients

Support Site Manager in reviewing work methods, risk assessments, and PTW

Verify subcontractor PTW preparations and support inspections/audits

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports

Conduct HSE training and site inductions for staff and subcontractors

Assist with investigations into near misses and minor incidents

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1)

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role (HSE Officer/Specialist)

Age: 25–35 years
