HSE Project Specialist membantu seluruh pelaksanaan tugas Project Manager dalam pelaksanaan project bidang HSE (K3) konstruksi mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pasca pelaksanaan dan membantu memastikan project berjalan sesuai jalur timeline dan target yang direncanakan

Project Specialist menyampaikan dan melaporkan hasil pelaksanaan tugas kepada Senior Manager Project Manager melalui PMO & Administrasi

Berkoordinasi bersama representative dan pihak internal dan eksternal lainnya dalam pelaksanaan project agar berjalan sesuai dengan timeline dan tujuan yang ditargetkan

Memeriksa dan mempelajari dokumen kontrak dan dokumen pendukung lainnya untuk pelaksanaan konstruksi yang akan dijadikan dasar dalam pelaksanaan proyek di lapangan

Berkoordinasi dengan tim PMO lainnya melakukan monitoring terhadap pelaksanaan project bidang HSE (K3) untuk evaluasi efektivitas dan efisiensi project

Memastikan penerapan SMK3L dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan pencapaian Project Zero Accident.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan S-1 Teknik semua jurusan atau Kesehatan Lingkungan/Masyarakat

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam proyek gedung bertingkat tinggi / high-rise building

Memahami perencanaan dan pelaksanaan SMK3

Memiliki sertifikat K3 Konstruksi

Memahami RCSA, HIRA, HSE Plan, dan JSA

About the role

As an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Staff at PT YKK Zipper Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees. What you’ll be doing

Conducting regular inspections and assessments to identify and mitigate potential health, safety, and environmental risks

Developing and delivering training programmes to educate employees on safety protocols and environmental best practices

Investigating incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor the company’s HSE management system

Preparing and maintaining detailed records, reports, and documentation related to HSE activities

Staying up-to-date with changes in HSE regulations and industry best practices

What we’re looking for

Relevant degree or certification in occupational health and safety, environmental management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within the mining, natural resources, or energy industries

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address HSE-related issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels

Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for promoting a culture of safety and sustainability

Senior QA/QC & HSE engineer

Ensuring QC team maintain standards IAW-(ln Accordance With) the Approved Method Statements, Technical Orders/Manuals and ISO Standards.

Development and review of the project Quality Program documentation manuals, work processes and reporting of quality records to project management of quality documents.

Mentoring preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project/ Activity commencement.

Providing guidance and advice to the Project Manager on significant changes to the quality management system that have a direct impact on site operations.

Facilitating Root Cause analysis process for site level NCRs and ensure corrective action and preventive action are acceptable and approves NCR prior to input in QMS.

Tracking, monitoring and controlling site inputs into the quality system ensuring compliance with QMS.

Processing, evaluating and submitting on time, completed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Request (CAR), Inspections and audit reports to Project Manager

Preparing reports and generating metrics as necessary to understand and communicate site compliance of QMS.

Providing supervision, direction and training to all QC team under his/her supervision.

Reviewing and assisting in the development of QCP and ITP as needed to ensure QC processes and requirements are well defined and clearly articulated to subordinate QC

Preparing and issuing audit reports noting system no-conformances and verifying effective corrective/preventative actions.

Lead the annual auditing for internal and external for ISO, OSHA , Bizsafe and etc. 

Familiar with local and international standards.

Ensure that company policies adhere to local, state and federal regulations.

Train and oversee employees on health and safety regulations

Monitor personnel and workspace

Always ensure the company is prepared to submit the appropriate document

Encourage and advocate for safer work equipment, materials and supplies

Track the number of incidents and produce reports

Monitor exposure to certain hazardous chemicals

Report to Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and other relevant organizations

Attend seminars/workshops for further education

Work with legislators and politicians to support key local legislation
