Job Description:
As an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment that complies with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development & Implementation
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in accordance with national and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS, etc.).
Regularly review and update HSE policies to ensure compliance with the latest regulations.
Audit & Regulatory Compliance
Conduct internal audits and safety inspections to identify potential risks.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations set by the government.
Coordinate with relevant authorities to fulfill legal requirements and obtain necessary permits.
Risk Assessment & Management
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate workplace safety risks and environmental impacts.
Develop strategies to reduce workplace accidents and environmental damage caused by company operations.
Training & Employee Awareness
Develop and conduct HSE training programs to ensure employees understand safety and environmental procedures.
Foster a safety-conscious culture through effective communication and awareness programs.
Incident Investigation & Reporting
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, providing reports and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Prepare regular HSE reports for management and external stakeholders.
Coordination with Relevant Teams
Work closely with production, operations, and facility teams to ensure a safe working environment.
Serve as the main liaison between the company and regulatory bodies concerning HSE matters.

a) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
b) 10 years of experience in HSE roles within the offshore oil and gas industry, with specific experience in FPSO topside projects
c) Extensive experience with HSE planning, assurance, and managing safety operations
d) Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE management systems in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
e) Experience with HSE audits, inspections, and surveillance activities on project sites
f) Ability to identify and document non-conformances, and lead the resolution process to prevent recurrence
g) Knowledge of SIMOPS procedures and the ability to manage simultaneous operations safely
h) Familiarity with risk assessment and management techniques

HSE OFFICER (PTW COORDINATOR)
About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PTW (Permit to Work) Coordinator to join our team at PT. Hyundai Engineering SSA in Pasuruan, East Java. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the Permit to Work (PTW) system to ensure the safe and efficient execution of our factory construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Permit to Work (PTW) system, including reviewing, approving, and issuing permits.
Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate processing of PTW requests.
Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on PTW processes and safety procedures.
Monitor and report on PTW system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to the PTW process.
Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a PTW Coordinator or in a similar HSE-related role, preferably within construction or factory projects.
Strong understanding of PTW systems, risk assessment, and safety management principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in relevant PTW management and reporting software.
A valid Safety certification is required.

Minimal Diploma’s (D3) Degree or Bachelor Degree In Environment Engineering/Occupational Health and Safety/Engineering/Management
Having certificate of Safety Expert (K3 Umum) is preferable
Having experience in preparing of CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System) documents and CSMS audit would be an advantage
Having experience in ISO 45000:2018 aand ISO 14000: 2015 audit would be an advantage
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Able to develop HSE Manuals and procedures
Willing to work at office as well as at project site (offshore and onshore)
Having good leadership skills and interpersonal skills
Have experience min. 3 years in Head HSE
