Responsibility :
Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of the facility’s fire protection systems
Conducting regular fire drills and emergency response training for staff
Inspecting and testing fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and other fire safety equipment
Maintaining detailed records and logs of all fire safety activities and equipment checks
Assisting with the development and implementation of the company’s health, safety and environmental policies
Investigating and reporting on any incidents or near-misses related to fire safety
Liaising with local fire departments and authorities to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Requirement :
Formal training and qualifications in firefighting and fire safety (Class C)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fireman or HSE Officer in the mining, resources or energy industry (Freshgraduate are welcome)
Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, fire suppression equipment, and emergency response procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and liaise with staff at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to implement safety protocols
Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping
Commitment to upholding the highest health, safety and environmental standards

HSE Officer
Jobs & Responsibilities :
- Prepare and carry out safety induction for new employees, visitors and contractors.
- Assist the HSE Coordinator in issuing work permits.
- Make a report on safety walkaround findings according to the work schedule
- Collect all near miss reports that have been reported by both employees and contractors.
- Identifying, handing over and taking PPE & first aid kits.
- Checking all fire equipment and reporting the results to the HSE coordinator.
- Assist the HSE Coordinator in implementing the handover of B3 waste, work accident report, safety equipment, HSE inspection, Safety briefing and emergency respons system.
- Communicating with related parties regarding the implementation of HSE inspections & activities.
- Participate in resolving any internal and external complaints.
Qualifications :
Preferred Certified in Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) from Kemenaker & BNSP, HSE Training, ISO 9001, 45001 and relevant field.

Ensure all safety system and procedures are well implemented in PT. PACIFIC MEDAN INDUSTRI, PT. PACIFIC PALMINDO INDUSTRI, PT. OLEOCHEM & SOAP INDUSTRI;
Analysis, feedback and report for HSE information to all GM PT. PACIFIC MEDAN INDUSTRI, PT. PACIFIC PALMINDO INDUSTRI, PT. OLEOCHEM & SOAP INDUSTRI;
Ensure effective communication, coordination, and information as chief safety to all management team and HSE Representative in each factory;
Work with each factory HSE representative in consultation with respective GM to ensure timely and proper implementation of HSE action plan and activities in accordance with Indonesia and HSE regulation standards;
Coordination with the management team in all 3 factories to ensure all the HSE findings to be follow up and close them as scheduling;
Maintain safe, continuous improvement, efficient and cost effective in safety department;
Periodically report the progress of HSE program and key issues of all factories to all GM;
Ensure HSE committee meeting and HSE coordination are implement and compliance in 3 factories;
Coordinate with safety representative to implement safety objective or Key Performance Indicators;
Responsible for carrying out in handling emergency situation and coordination with other emergency response team member
Conduct and organize HSE training/workshop for the 3 factory
Identify HSE best practice of each plant and implementing them in all location.
Control and monitoring day to day activities and evaluate yearly performance appraisal of HSE Superintendent and HSE Officer.

Persyaratan

Memahami peraturan K3 dan standar kepatuhan yang berlaku.
Kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris dengan baik, lisan maupun tulisan.
Terampil dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak dan sistem manajemen K3.
