Kualifikasi :

Minimal S1 Teknik Lingkungan, Kesehatan Lingkungan, atau jurusan relevan.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang HSE atau Environment, lebih disukai dari industri manufaktur/tekstil.

Memiliki sertifikasi AK3 Umum dan/atau sertifikat pelatihan lingkungan (UKL-UPL, Limbah B3, dll) menjadi nilai tambah.

Memahami dan mampu mengimplementasikan peraturan K3 dan lingkungan hidup yang berlaku.

Memiliki awareness tinggi dalam pengurusan dokumen dan pelaporan lingkungan, meliputi:

• Pengelolaan limbah cair, limbah padat, dan limbah B3 (penyimpanan, pengangkutan, pemanfaatan, serta pelaporan manifest).
• Pengelolaan FABA (Fly Ash dan Bottom Ash) dari hasil pembakaran boiler atau proses produksi.
• Pembuatan dan pelaporan Manifest Limbah B3 secara manual maupun online (SIMPEL LHK).
• Penyusunan dan pembaruan dokumen lingkungan UKL-UPL, Rintek, Pretek, dan Draftek sesuai ketentuan DLH/KLHK

Terampil dalam melakukan identifikasi bahaya (HAZARD), penilaian risiko (HIRADC), dan pembuatan dokumen SOP K3.

Memiliki pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan limbah cair dan padat di industri tekstil menjadi nilai tambah.

Pengalaman dalam pengelolaan IPAL (Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah) dan pemantauan emisi udara menjadi nilai tambah.

Mampu menyusun dan mengelola dokumen lingkungan seperti UKL-UPL, AMDAL, RKL-RPL, dan pelaporan SIMPEL/DELH ke Dinas Lingkungan Hidup.

Job Purpose :
The HSE Officer (Maternity Leave Cover) is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems during the contract period. This role ensures that workplace activities comply with relevant HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards. The HSE Officer provides guidance, monitoring, and reporting to promote a safe working environment, prevent accidents, and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the maternity leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure all operations comply with applicable HSE laws, regulations, and company standards.

Monitor workplace conditions and identify potential hazards.

Support implementation of HSE management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 if applicable).

Report, record, and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

Prepare incident investigation reports and support implementation of corrective actions.

Conduct HSE induction for new employees.

Promote HSE culture and awareness campaigns.

Assist in developing and maintaining emergency response plans.

Coordinate emergency drills (fire drill, evacuation drill, spill response).

Maintain accurate HSE records, permits, inspections, logs, and training files.

Prepare weekly / monthly HSE reports.

Attend HSE meetings and provide updates.

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

Professional safety certifications is a plus

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE roles within industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments.

Familiarity with HSE documentation, reporting, and compliance with national regulations.

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.

Ability to monitor workplace safety, identify hazards, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.

Understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all division.

Ability to train employees on safety awareness and procedures.

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently or with team.

Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
