Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and strengthen our Health, Safety, and Environmental functions across all operational areas within manufacturing, including Oleo, Refinery, KCP, Utilities, Power Plant or industrial plant environments.
Role and Responsibilities
Prepares Monthly HSE local Management reports and delivers presentations on a regular basis.
Assist incident investigation process and ensure that appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken.
Facilitates execution of Firmament HS&E strategy locally with direction from the regional HSE Director.
Ensures arrangements are in place for HSE audit /reviews and inspections of the workplace, plants, and equipment in order to monitor compliance with the company’s HSE Management.
Participating in reviewing the equipment modification in terms of the safety aspect, validation, per-commissioning, and commissioning.
Supporting customers in conducting audits in order to sustain & implement the standard HSE (MSS).
Conduct internal audit in allot operation to ensure the output HSE are delivered with both culture & standards to all customers.
Supporting new projects to full fill customers & MSS standards.
Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced
Outlining safe operational procedures which identify & take account of all relevant hazards.
Leading in-house training with managers & employees related HSE issues.
Producing reports that suggest improvements.
Keeping up to date with new legislation and maintaining a working knowledge of all HSE.
Job Success Requirement
Having minimum 7 years as HSE & minimum 3 years as HSE Manager.
Strong leadership, good communication.
S1 Department of Environmental Engineering /Industrial Engineering/General K3.
Additional Notes / Desirable Skills
Have a SMK3 Auditor certificate
Understand ISO 45001; 2018, SMK3. ISO 14001:2015
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in remote/industrial site environment.
Ability to communicate and write reports in English is required.
Willing to be based on-site in Kalimantan (Sangkulirang).

Memeriksa dan memantau kualitas operasional alat dan kelengkapan peralatan K3 & lingkungan, termasuk rambu-rambu keselamatan & APAR di dalam dan di sekitar lingkungan kerja.
