Pendidikan D3/S1 Kesehatan Masyarakat, Teknik Lingkungan, Hiperkes (K3), Teknik Mesin, atau Teknik Industri
Pengalaman Minimal 3 tahun sebagai HSE Officer
Memahami Undang-undang K3LH
Memiliki sertifikat ahli K3 Umum
Mampu membuat JSA & SOP terkait dengan K3LH
Mampu melakukan inspeksi seluruh pekerjaan terkait dengan K3LH
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan problem solving yang baik
Mampu bekerjasama dengan tim
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan penugasan sementara ke Lokasi proyek perusahaan

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
Mengidentifikasi bahaya dan mengurangi risiko yang bisa terjadi di lingkungan pekerjaan.
Menyusun program K3 yang sejalan dengan kebijakan pemerintah.
Merencanakan, menyusun, dan melaksanakan program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan HSE.
Membantu dalam pembuatan, peninjauan, dan pembaruan kebijakan serta prosedur HSE.
Mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan dan mengikuti tindak lanjut untuk memastikan perbaikan dilakukan.
Mengawasi implementasi kebijakan HSE dan mengevaluasi efektivitasnya.
Dapat menggunakan perangkat lunak dan teknologi HSE untuk mengelola data, pelatihan, dan dokumentasi.
Persyaratan:
Usia min. 25 tahun.
Pendidikan min. S1 Kimia.
Memiliki Sertifikat K3 Kimia.
Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai HSE.
Memahami Audit / Inspeksi K3 dan Lingkungan.
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik (Microsoft Office, dan lain-lain).
Memiliki kemampuan analisa, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.

HSE Officer – First Aid

Job Responsibilities
Conduct routine safety patrols and workplace hazard assessments to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Ensure first aid readiness, including first aid facilities, equipment, and coordination of Medical Check-Up (MCU) programmes.
Provide safety training, first aid training, and emergency response drills for employees.
Maintain fire safety equipment, evacuation routes, safety signage, and support safety inspections or audits.
Assist in accident investigations, reporting, and collaborate with management, HR, and external parties on safety matters.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HSE, workplace safety, or first aid-related roles.
Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response.
Possess a valid First Aid / P3K certification from PMI (Indonesian Red Cross).
Experienced in first aid handling, safety inspections, training, and safety documentation.
Good communication in English is a must.
Candidate should be willing to work in Jepara – Central Java.

About the role
As an HSE Intern at PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk’, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company’s commitment to health, safety, and environmental protection. This full-time internship position based in Cibitung, West Java will provide you with valuable experience in the data center ndustry.
What you’ll be doing
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
Conduct regular verification, inspections, and audits to identify and address potential hazards and risks
Provide documentation and recapitulation over project or operational HSE data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement sustainable solutions
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE compliance
Provide support in reporting and documentation in minutes meeting
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s HSE performance
HSE inventory control (e.g. PPE, etc)
What we’re looking for
Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, occupational health and safety, or engineering
Strong interest and understanding of health, safety, and environmental management principles
Digital literacy as working tools, such as Google Workspace (e.g. Spreadsheets, Docs) and able to generate data visualization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with relevant HSE regulations and standards in the construction industry
Ready to travel accross different sites if requires
