KUALIFIKASI UMUM
Minimal S1 Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Industri, Teknik Perkapalan, atau bidang terkait.

Memiliki sertifikat AK3 Umum / K3 Migas / K3 Maritim menjadi nilai tambah.

Pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang HSE industri perkapalan, galangan kapal, atau manufaktur berat.

Berpengalaman dalam inspeksi keselamatan, audit internal, dan implementasi sistem HSE di lapangan.

Memahami regulasi dan standar HSE nasional (UU No. 1 Tahun 1970, PP No. 50 Tahun 2012, ISM Code, MARPOL, SOLAS, OHSAS/ISO 45001).

Mampu membuat Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRADC, Permit to Work (PTW), dan laporan investigasi kecelakaan.

Menguasai penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD), alat pemadam kebakaran, dan sistem tanggap darurat di area galangan dan kapal.

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan pelaporan yang baik (baik lisan maupun tertulis).

Disiplin, tegas, teliti, dan mampu bekerja di lapangan dengan risiko tinggi.

Mampu memimpin briefing keselamatan dan mengedukasi pekerja.

Dapat bekerja sama lintas departemen (Produksi, Maintenance, HR, Operasional Kapal).

TANGGUNG JAWAB UTAMA
Melaksanakan dan memantau penerapan kebijakan K3L (HSE Policy) perusahaan di area galangan kapal maupun di atas kapal.

Memastikan seluruh aktivitas kerja dilakukan sesuai dengan standar keselamatan dan lingkungan yang berlaku.

Melakukan inspeksi rutin harian / mingguan di area kerja, workshop, dan kapal untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya.

Melaporkan temuan bahaya (unsafe act & unsafe condition) dan memastikan tindak lanjut perbaikannya.

Mendukung pelaksanaan audit internal dan eksternal HSE.

Menyusun dan meninjau HIRADC / JSA sebelum pekerjaan berisiko tinggi (hot work, confined space, lifting, painting, dll).

Mengawasi dan mengeluarkan Permit to Work (PTW) untuk pekerjaan khusus.

Menyelenggarakan safety induction untuk pekerja baru dan tamu.

Melakukan briefing keselamatan harian (toolbox meeting) sebelum pekerjaan dimulai.

Memberikan pelatihan penggunaan APD, pemadam kebakaran, tanggap darurat, dan prosedur evakuasi.

Melakukan investigasi kecelakaan kerja (incident, accident, near miss).

Membuat laporan analisis akar penyebab (root cause analysis) dan rekomendasi tindakan pencegahan.

Menyusun laporan HSE bulanan kepada manajemen dan otoritas terkait (KLHK, Disnaker, BKI jika diperlukan).

Mengawasi pengelolaan limbah B3 dan non-B3 sesuai ketentuan lingkungan.

Memantau penggunaan bahan kimia berbahaya, kebocoran minyak, dan pencemaran di area dermaga.

Memastikan kegiatan galangan kapal sesuai dengan peraturan MARPOL Annex I–VI tentang perlindungan lingkungan laut.

Menyusun dan memperbarui rencana tanggap darurat (Emergency Response Plan).

Menjadi bagian dari tim tanggap darurat (ERT) saat terjadi insiden di kapal atau galangan.

Melaksanakan simulasi keadaan darurat secara berkala (fire drill, oil spill drill, evacuation drill).

Responsibilities

The Health, Safety, & Environment team in TikTok Shop are responsible for managing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of the operations. Ensuring risks are assessed and minimized accordingly, policies are implemented, and compliance is upheld to ensure a culture of safety and sustainability, especially within the warehouse and last-mile environments.

Conduct daily facility and truck inspections, including 5S implementation.
Lead facility and route safety assessments, including Safety Journey Management.
Monitor safe operations and maintenance of the working environment.
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential electrical and fire hazards.
Investigate, report, and follow up on all operations-related accidents and incidents.

Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, and natural disasters at any facility.

Set up the HSE budget according to the HSE plan and ensure the implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification from the Ministry of Manpower (mandatory).
Minimum experience in manufacturing and/or logistics operations.
Experienced in developing and implementing Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
Experienced in preparing OHS documentation (manuals, SOPs, work instructions, etc.).
Experienced in handling workplace accidents and incidents, including coordination with external parties and regulatory reporting.
Experienced in developing and implementing Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
Preferred Qualifications:

Able to review contractor and vendor compliance with applicable Indonesian HSE regulations.
Able to identify unsafe conditions, conduct investigations and audits, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Experience managing HSE across multiple sites or locations.

Responsibilities

Assist, support and provide guidance to the school operations on health and safety matters. This essentially means working as a champion for health and safety in order to raise the profile and standards of health and safety across all schools.

Ensure that Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained, and communicated to all staff.
