Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Memastikan operasional perusahaan di wilayah Bali sepenuhnya patuh terhadap regulasi dan standar lingkungan nasional maupun daerah.

Mengelola dan memperbarui seluruh dokumen perizinan lingkungan seperti AMDAL, UKL-UPL, dan SPPL.

Mengawasi sistem pengelolaan limbah (B3 & non-B3), efisiensi penggunaan energi, serta penggunaan air.

Menyusun laporan lingkungan secara sistematis, akurat, dan berbasis data secara berkala.

Melakukan audit serta inspeksi lapangan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko lingkungan dan menyusun program perbaikan.

Menjalin koordinasi yang kuat dengan instansi pemerintah terkait (DLH) dan stakeholder eksternal lainnya.

Mengembangkan program sustainability dan memberikan pelatihan kepatuhan lingkungan kepada tim operasional.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Lingkungan, K3, Teknik Sipil, atau bidang terkait yang relevan.

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang pengelolaan lingkungan, compliance, atau sustainability.

Memahami secara mendalam regulasi lingkungan hidup dan teknis pengurusan izin (OSS/Dinas terkait).

Berpengalaman dalam melakukan audit lingkungan dan penyusunan strategi mitigasi risiko.

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik, terutama dengan instansi pemerintah.

Terbiasa menyusun laporan teknis lingkungan.

Pengalaman di industri F&B atau Retail akan menjadi nilai tambah yang signifikan.

Bersedia ditempatkan atau berdomisili di Bali.

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) strategies across manufacturing operations to ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance.

Oversee sustainability monitoring and reporting for group, customers, brands, and government authorities.

Support Sales and Marketing teams in fulfilling customer sustainability requirements, including chemical compliance documentation, sustainability surveys, and declarations.

Represent the company as auditee during brand audits and certification processes (including Global Recycle Standard), particularly related to environmental and sustainability requirements.

Develop, monitor, and document sustainability programs to ensure achievement of group sustainability targets.

Manage Chemical Inventory List for all substances used in production and ensure compliance with applicable Restricted Substance List (RSL), including new and existing chemicals.

Control and monitor RSL implementation within manufacturing processes.

Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of 6S practices across manufacturing areas.

Control and monitor overall Health & Safety (HS) implementation to maintain a safe working environment.

Ensure environmental regulations and compliance requirements are up to date, well communicated to related departments, and properly implemented.

Deliver training programs related to environmental compliance, sustainability, chemical handling, and HSE awareness.

Lead, manage, and develop the HS team to achieve operational excellence and safety performance targets.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE role within high-risk manufacturing environments such as paint, chemical, heavy equipment, or similar hazardous industries.

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, chemical compliance, sustainability standards, and audit processes.

Proven experience in managing Restricted Substance List (RSL) and chemical inventory control.

Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

NEBOSH certificate is a plus.

Certification AK3U is required; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification/auditor training is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking, logical problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement mindset.

Proven leadership capability in managing and developing teams.

Melakukan identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, dan pengendalian risiko di tempat kerja.

Menyusun dan menerapkan prosedur kerja yang aman (SOP) untuk berbagai aktivitas konstruksi.

Memberikan pelatihan K3 kepada pekerja dan subkontraktor.

Melakukan inspeksi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja secara berkala.

Memantau dan mengevaluasi efektivitas program SMK3.

Kualifikasi:

Minimal pendidikan D3 atau S1 di bidang K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja), Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Industri, Teknik Kimia, Kesehatan Masyarakat, atau jurusan lain yang relevan.

Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun High Risk Building sebagai HSE

Memiliki sertifikasi K3 yang diakui, seperti Ahli K3 Umum, Ahli K3 Madya, atau Ahli K3 Utama dan SMK3.

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik

Mampu bekerja secara mandiri dan sebagai bagian dari tim
