Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Public Health, Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in plantation, agriculture, forestry, or remote site operations.
Good knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations (K3, Lingkungan Hidup, AMDAL/UKL-UPL, SMK3), with familiarity in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as an advantage.
Solid understanding of hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control, especially related to field operations, heavy equipment, chemicals/pesticides, and outdoor work.
Ability to conduct routine site inspections, safety patrols, audits, and incident investigations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with field workers, supervisors, contractors, and management.
Experience in delivering safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness programs for plantation workers.
Detail-oriented, with good analytical and reporting skills.
Able to work independently in remote or site-based environments and manage multiple HSE activities simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs across plantation and operational areas.
Conduct regular HSE inspections, safety patrols, and audits to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental risks in plantation activities.
Monitor compliance with HSE regulations, company standards, and environmental permits related to plantation operations.
Work closely with estate managers, supervisors, and contractors to address HSE issues and implement corrective actions.
Assist in accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
Organize and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training for employees and contractors.
Monitor and report HSE performance indicators, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
Support environmental management activities such as waste management, chemical handling, and pollution prevention.
Stay updated on HSE regulations and best practices relevant to plantation and agricultural operations.

📍Placement: IMIP site, Morowali, Central Sulawesi
Tanggung Jawab
- Memimpin perencanaan dan implementasi Sistem Manajemen HSE pada tahap konstruksi proyek.
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas proyek memenuhi regulasi keselamatan kerja Indonesia, standar keselamatan kawasan IMIP, serta standar industri kimia.
- Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem HSE proyek, termasuk:
- Project HSE Plan
- Construction Safety Plan
- Emergency Response Plan
- HIRADC
- Mengembangkan sistem Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) serta mengelola dan mengawasi kinerja HSE kontraktor.
- Mengembangkan dan memastikan implementasi sistem K3 konstruksi, termasuk Safety Induction, Permit to Work System, Safety Patrol, serta Incident Reporting System.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan standar keselamatan Kawasan IMIP, termasuk registrasi kendaraan operasional, kepemilikan SIMPER operator, serta kelengkapan administrasi tenaga kerja.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Environment terkait pemenuhan dokumen lingkungan seperti RKL-RPL, PERTEK Air Limbah, PERTEK Emisi Udara, dan pemanfaatan limbah B3.
- Memastikan kesiapan struktur organisasi HSE proyek.
Kualifikasi
Mampu mengelola sistem HSE dengan jumlah tenaga kerja proyek yang besar
Minimal S1 K3 / Kesehatan Masyarakat / Teknik Lingkungan

KUALIFIKASI

Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang HSE, Compliance, atau RSC (diutamakan di perusahaan manufaktur).
Memahami peraturan K3, UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, lingkungan hidup, dan audit compliance.
Memiliki sertifikat AK3 Umum
Memiliki Sertifikat HIPERKES untuk bidang kesehatan
