Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Ensuring QC team maintain standards IAW-(ln Accordance With) the Approved Method Statements, Technical Orders/Manuals and ISO Standards.
Development and review of the project Quality Program documentation manuals, work processes and reporting of quality records to project management of quality documents.
Mentoring preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project/ Activity commencement.
Providing guidance and advice to the Project Manager on significant changes to the quality management system that have a direct impact on site operations.
Facilitating Root Cause analysis process for site level NCRs and ensure corrective action and preventive action are acceptable and approves NCR prior to input in QMS.
Tracking, monitoring and controlling site inputs into the quality system ensuring compliance with QMS.
Processing, evaluating and submitting on time, completed Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Request (CAR), Inspections and audit reports to Project Manager
Preparing reports and generating metrics as necessary to understand and communicate site compliance of QMS.
Providing supervision, direction and training to all QC team under his/her supervision.
Reviewing and assisting in the development of QCP and ITP as needed to ensure QC processes and requirements are well defined and clearly articulated to subordinate QC
Preparing and issuing audit reports noting system no-conformances and verifying effective corrective/preventative actions.
Lead the annual auditing for internal and external for ISO, OSHA , Bizsafe and etc.
Familiar with local and international standards.
Ensure that company policies adhere to local, state and federal regulations.
Train and oversee employees on health and safety regulations
Monitor personnel and workspace
Always ensure the company is prepared to submit the appropriate document
Encourage and advocate for safer work equipment, materials and supplies
Track the number of incidents and produce reports
Monitor exposure to certain hazardous chemicals
Report to Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and other relevant organizations
Attend seminars/workshops for further education
Work with legislators and politicians to support key local legislation

Mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya di area kerja dan melakukan tindakan pencegahan.
Memantau dampak lingkungan dari kegiatan pabrik.
Memastikan karyawan menggunakan APD sesuai standar.
Mengecek kelayakan APD secara berkala.
Mengawasi pihak ketiga yang bekerja di area pabrik agar mematuhi aturan K3.
Menyimpan catatan dan dokumen terkait keselamatan kerja di pabrik.
Melaporkan hasil inspeksi dan kegiatan keselamatan kepada atasan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab :
Memastikan seluruh pekerja aware akan kepentingan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD).
Memastikan, memeriksa, dan melakukan inspeksi bulanan mengenai kelayakan dan ketersediaan APD serta peralatan keselamatan kerja seperti APAR dan P3K.
Memastikan safety sign di lokasi kerja terpasang dengan baik.
Memberikan pelatihan kepada pekerja mengenai pemakaian APAR, P3K, dan tanggap darurat.
Memantau penerapan SOP dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh seluruh karyawan.
Membuat program untuk meminimalisir dan mengakomodir Limbah B3.
Menyediakan penampungan limbah B3 di setiap unit pekerjaan.
Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap dampak dan bahaya pada pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan.
Melaksanakan dan membuat program HSE Meeting setiap bulan.
Mengadakan dan memimpin simulasi keadaan darurat setiap bulan untuk memastikan kesiapan saat terjadi keadaan darurat sesungguhnya.
Menerima laporan bulanan mengenai hasil inspeksi.
Mengadakan briefing dan memberikan instruksi harian kepada HSE Officer, Man, dan Staf.
Menegur dan memberikan sanksi kepada pekerja yang melanggar peraturan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3).
Mengkoordinir pelaksanaan surat izin kerja aman (work permit), terutama untuk kontraktor.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health/ Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5-year experiences in Health, Safety & Environment roles preferably from mining, oil & gas, resources & energy sector
Holding on General AK3 Certification (AK3 Umum) & SMKP
Holding Hygiene Sanitation & HACCP training certification, ISO 22000:2005 (Food & Safety Management System) are advantages
Have valid certification in Basic Fire, First Aid, HIRA, ISO 45001, 14001, (include Internal Auditor) & SMK3 PP 50/2012.
Good in English both spoken & writing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Responsibilities:
Responsible to share information on targets, priorities and EHS procedures that are required to be implemented by employee
Responsible to compile and monitoring the monthly weekly daily HSEQ program
Provide HSEQ action plan and the effectiveness of its implementation
Ensure HSEQ processes and procedures are implemented as specified effectively
Supervised and assessed the quality of EHS/SMKP by HSEQ officers and employee
Coordinate with clients in connection with the implementation of EHS/SMKP in the work area
Do EHS supervision at least 1 x in 1 work shift or according to the specified schedule
Ensure the availability of information and documents related to EHS standards in the work area
Responsible to daily or periodic training and guidance for employee both in operations and EHS
Monitor skill matrix to measure the level of employee understanding of the training
Analyzed the EHS problems and provide solutions that are productive and create convenience for operations and clients
Building good relationship with clients (following briefings, reporting follow-up complaints, audits), etc.
Responsible to investigate every incident or accident in the work area
Responsible to identify and create a Hazzard Report
Responsible to identify and create SOPs or Work Instructions that have not been previously determined
Make Minutes and Monthly Reports to be submitted to superiors and/or clients
Implement Occupational Health and Safety EHS/SMKP in daily work in the area
Ensure and remind the entire team not to be involved in practices that violate the Code of Ethics at work which is conducted
Ensure the implementation of BBS Behavior Based Safety is implemented well and effectively in the area
