What you’ll be doing
Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs to maintain compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
Conducting regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
Providing training and support to employees on HSE-related matters to foster a strong safety culture
Investigating and reporting on incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of HSE considerations into all operational activities
Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support regulatory reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar HSE role within the natural resources or energy industry
Strong understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex HSE-related issues
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with employees at all levels
Proficiency in using relevant HSE management software and data analysis tools

About the role
As the Concrete Mixing Station HSE Staff at PT WESTERFIELD ALUMINA INDONESIA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of the concrete mixing operations. This full-time position is based in Toba, West Kalimantan, and will involve hands-on management of all health, safety and environmental matters within your area of responsibility.
What you’ll be doing
Monitor and implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures at the concrete mixing station

Provide training and guidance to workers on proper safety protocols and best practices

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring acceptance of project implementation in accordance with planned design and specs (handover to repetition) and network quality by driving continuous improvement and reduction of quality issues to position for life FTTB/FTTP network.
Job Duties:
Performs the acceptance process according to the checklist, equipped with the required tools and devices for testing and measuring according to agreed-upon criteria.
Measure the optical signal strength to ensure adequate performance.
Performs quality issues to closure with proper urgency in order to minimize impact to service. Lead technical meetings and investigations.
Performs Corrective Action Request (CAR) activities and completes follow-up evaluations to determine the completion and effectiveness of corrective actions.
Performs Preventive maintenance (PM) activities and completes follow-up evaluations to determine completion and effectiveness of Preventive actions.
Gather and analyze test and measurement data to make recommendations for adjustments to FTTH network design, acceptance process, and equipment, and quality procedures.
Ensures that technical standards and work instructions to ensure product quality and NPS requirements are implemented and followed.
Perform field staking, and make a plan for a visit by considering the network database through required assistance tools, such as mapping software QGIS, designing digital maps with geographic data, Excel file
Proactive review of outside plant facilities to determine necessary upgrades and enhancements
Point of contact for escalations, providing timely/quality communication regarding the Quality snags, internally and externally.
Collaborate with leadership to build and develop Quality plans to enable business objectives
Document FTTB/FTTP network layout and design.
Prepare Quality reports as per the Quality plan.
Requirements
Has minimum diploma degree of Engineering in Computer/Telecommunication/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related.
Must have K3 Certificate (active)
Must have experience in a related company, and experience is most preferred at least 1 year
Has a good understanding of FTTH/FTTB/FTTP design concepts, theories, and practices, Capacity plan, accepted power loss, FDT & FAT functions, optical Fiber cable installation, path type, Min trench, Micro trench, direct buried, and Aerial.
Good communication in English is required

Tugas dan tanggung jawab
1. Memberikan safety induction kepada pekerja baru dan tamu proyek.
2. Menyusun Job Safety Analysis (JSA), HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), serta prosedur K3.
3. Mampu menerapkan Safety Permit System (Mine Permit, Work Permit, Hot Work Permit, dll).
4. Melakukan sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan inspeksi K3 di lapangan.
5. Memastikan seluruh pekerja menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang sesuai.
6. Mampu melakukan investigasi insiden dan melakukan perbakan.
7. Mampu menyusun laporan kinerja K3.

Requirements:

Experience min. 5 year in construction civil company Have license of Lifting Engineer (PAA) & TKBT 2 certificate (It a Must). Have AK3 Certification (it a Must)
Understand about ISO & SMK3
Computer literate (word, excel, PPT)
Can speak English fluently both speaking or oral
Experience in factory / manufacture/ warehouse project.
Experience in Japan Company needed & will be + (plus) Value.
Detail oriented, depth knowledge in construction practice.
Good Personality, Good Communication & have management skill.
