nspect Emergency Response facility to ensure the readiness for usage.

Handle Contractor Work Permit to ensure contractor’s activity is under HSE monitoring.

Handle HSE promotion program by creating communication media through articles, posters, and other media.

Create Environmental documents, such as RKL RPL Rinci, Rintek B3/Limbah B3, and Rintek Emission (if any updates).

Ensure the related legal compliances, and prepare semesterly reporting both manual and online platforms to the Environmental Ministry and related parties in a timely manner.

Facilitate discussions on HSE reports and findings.

Create safety reports to Disnaker in a timely manner.

Record and Control HSE Documents (Inc. Procedures, Manual, Guidance, HSE Activity, etc).

Create and assess the legal and other requirements compliance and update the database if any new or changes regulations.

Conduct Safety Patrol and Inspection through Workshop to assess the compliance of HSE regulations.

Coordinate with related parties to follow up on nonconformities found during the Patrol or Inspection properly.

Maintain equipment and coordinated with a vendor to arrange the re-certification schedule, including monitoring the personnel certification handled by HR

Supervise the field job activities as a Safety Man, if needed.

Deliver HSE training programs to employees and management to enhance safety awareness.

Arrange Safety meetings to design and monitor the HSE Program.

Support Incident Investigation program.

Support HSE events, such as Safety Month celebrations, quizzes and rewards, etc.

Conduct basic HSE training and evaluate the effectiveness of training results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in health and safety, environmental science, mechanical engineering, or related field.

Professional certification in health and safety is preferred.

Having 5 (five) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a mining environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify hazards, assess risks, and develop effective control measures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to promoting a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.

Tanggung Jawab:

Mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, menilai tingkat resiko, dan menentukan langkah pengendalian yang efektif.

Menyelenggarakan pelatihan K3LL (Safety Induction, Penggunaan APAR, First Aid, dan Prosedur Darurat).

Melakukan inspeksi dan audit rutin K3LL di Area perusahaan.

Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap semua peraturan K3LL pemerintah dan standar perusahaan.

Melakukan investigasi akar penyebab insiden, kecelakaan, dan near-miss.

Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal S1 (Teknik Kimia, Teknik Lingkungan, K3, dan Kesehatan Lingkungan dengan peminatan K3).

Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai HSE di Industri manufaktur.

Wajib memiliki sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum.

Memiliki sertifikasi Ahli K3 Spesialis, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (lebih disukai).

Our client is seeking a GA (General Affair) Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of general affairs to ensure the smooth running of office facilities and support services. This position plays a key role in maintaining a productive, safe, and well-managed workplace.

Job Descriptions:

Supervise and manage daily GA operations, including security, and cleanliness of the office building and facilities. 

Implement and monitor the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system. 

Managing the purchase and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items. 

Manage facility needs such as utilities, building maintenance, repairs, and office layout improvements.

Build and maintaining relationships with vendors for services like cleaning, security, and maintenance. 

Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, including safety standards, permits, labour laws, and company policies.

Leading and supervising a team of GA staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance.

Overseeing the maintenance and recording of all company assets. 

Coordinating with other departments and handling any operational issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field is preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in maintenance or a supervisory role.

Proficient in Mandarin.

Strong understanding of facility management, procurement, and general services.

Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3), safety protocols, and relevant environmental regulations. 

Knowledge of relevant legal and safety regulations is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
