HSE Supervisor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Ensure the implementation of Company’s HSE policies and procedure is in accordance with applicable regulations;
Provide module and conduct HSE Awareness and Training for Employees/Contractors;
Carrying out regular HSE audits and report findings to management;
Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident & Incidents Investigation Report;
Manage safety statistic reporting and regular HSE performance reporting to the HSE Coordinator;
Actively support to project, drilling and operation team in all aspects of occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
Job Specification:
Bachelor Degree majoring Occupational Health and Safety from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00;
Having min. 5 years’ experiences as HSE Supervisor, preferable has preferable has experience in Geothermal Industry, oil and Gas, and/ or Renewable Energy Company;
Having experience in developing HSE training Module and as a trainer would be beneficial;
Familiar with Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety regulations and legal framework;
Familiar with HSE Management System in aligned to recognized standard;
Good computer literacy in word-processing and spreadsheet software, such as Ms. Word & Excel;
Having POP Geothermal Certification would be a plus;
Proficient in English both oral and written;
Ability to think and act strategically and proactively;
Having strong problem-solving skill;
Good communication and interpersonal skill;
High motivation and good team work;
Willing to be located in our Project Site at Ende (East Nusa Tenggara) with roster schedule.

Melaksanakan implementasi prosedur keselamatan kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan hidup di tempat kerja
Melakukan inspeksi rutin untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya dan risiko di tempat kerja
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan Negara Republik Indonesia dan Standar Internasional yang berlaku

2. Berpengalaman minimal selama 2 tahun sebagai HSE di perusahaan pelayaran
3. Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat BST, AUDIT SMKP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 ISO 45001, AK3U
4. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer sistem SAP
5. Bisa berenang dan berpenampilan proporsional

Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan Minimal S1 Teknik Lingkungan / Kesehatan & Keselaman Kerja/Teknik industri atau Jurusan Terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman 2-3 tahun dibidang HSE (Diutamakan industri logistik)
Memiliki sertifikasi K3 umum / SMK3 / HSE Officer menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami regulasi K3 & Lingkungan sesuai peraturan yang berlaku di indonesia.
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, teliti , dan memiliki kepemimpinan yang baik.
Menguasai bahasa ingrris mendapatkan nilai plus.
