It consists of production workshops, warehouses and supporting facilities, which was established and put into operation in 2021. The main products include PVC pipes and fittings for water supply, drainage and electricity, as well as PE and PP-R water pipes and fittings. Our products are widely used for water supply, drainage, electricity and telecommunications, gas transmission in residential buildings and infrastructure, as well as for agriculture and marine culture.
Job Desc :
Conduct daily/weekly safety inspections and patrols in the work area.
Monitor compliance with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use by all employees and visitors.
Assist in the investigation of incidents, work accidents, and near-misses, and document them.
Inspect and ensure the readiness of fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and other safety equipment.
Support the delivery of safety induction for new employees
Assist in conducting routine safety talks (toolbox meetings).
Document all HSE-related reports and records (inspections, meetings, incidents, etc.).
Monitor waste management and environmental aspects in accordance with company procedures.
Report any findings of non-conformities or HSE violations to the direct supervisor.
Requirements :
Diploma (D3) in HSE, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental), or a related field.
Min 2 years of experience in the HSE field
Possession of a General Occupational Health and Safety (Ahli K3 Umum) certification is highly preferred.
Understanding of basic HSE regulations and
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Job Qualifications :
a) Leadership Degree: A bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field is commonly required. Advanced degrees or specialized certifications can be advantageous.
b) 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
c) Demonstrated experience in managing health, safety, and environmental aspects within industrial settings.
d) Experience with environmental regulations and compliance standards relevant to offshore operations.
e) Experience in environmental impact assessments, waste management, and pollution prevention strategies.
f) Experience of energy efficiency practices and sustainable energy initiatives
g) Experience to prepare and manage environmental compliance reports, ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
h) Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures for environmental hazards.
i) Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred

Job Qualifications :
a) Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related technical discipline.
b) A minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE roles within the oil and gas industry, preferably with exposure to offshore operations.
c) Experience in managing health and medical programs in remote or offshore settings is highly desirable.
d) Relevant certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Associate Safety Professional (ASP), or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST).
e) Experienced in analyze health and safety data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
f) Experience with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to offshore oil and gas operations.
g) Experience in developing and implementing health and medical programs, including emergency response and occupational health management.
h) Experience in conducting health risk assessments, medical surveillance, and managing occupational health records.

Memastikan, memeriksa, dan melakukan inspeksi bulanan mengenai kelayakan dan kesediaan APD serta peralatan keselamatan kerja seperti APAR, P3K, dll
Memastikan safety sign di lokasi kerja sudah terpasang
Memastikan seluruh pekerja sadar akan kepentingan menggunakan APD dan bekerja sesuai dengan SOP
Mempersiapkan safety brief/safety induction
Membantu HSE supervisor dalam memberikan pelatihan kepada pekerja seperti pemakaian APAR, P3K, Tanggap Darurat, dll
Mempersiapkan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan baik untuk internal ataupun eksternal
Melakukan pengawasan, menegur, dan memberikan sanksi kepada pekerja yang melanggar peraturan keselatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) yang telah ditetapkan
Memesan dan mempersiapkan barang dan jasa yang berkaitan dengan HSE seperti APD, isi P3K, spanduk, jasa kalibrasi peralatan HSE, dsb
Membantu HSE supervisor dalam melakukan internal audit, CSMS, HIRADC
