Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
Mengelola dan Mengontrol Aktifitas HSE Dalam Menjalankan Program Kerja yang Telah Diagendakan, dan Memastikan Tersedianya Dukungan yang Optimal bagi Kelancaran Operasional Perusahaan.
Memastikan, Memeriksa dan Melakukan Inspeksi Bulanan Mengenai Kelayakan dan Kesediaan APD Serta Peralatan Keselamatan Kerja Seperti APAR, P3K, dll.
Memastikan Safety Sign di Lokasi Kerja sudah di Pasang dengan Baik.
Memberikan Pelatihan Kepada Pekerja seperti Pemakaian APAR,HIDRAN, P3K, Tanggap Darurat, Dll.
Mengelola dan Membuat Program untuk Limbah B3 agar Terakomodir dengan Baik.
Memantau Penerapan SOP sudah Dilaksanakan dengan Baik oleh Seluruh Karyawan.
Membuat Laporan Harian, Mingguan dan Bulanan Kepada Atasan.
Melaksanakan dan Membuat Program HSE Meeting setiap Bulannya.
Mengadakan dan Memimpin Simulasi Keadaan Darurat supaya saat keadaan Darurat Sesungguhnya Terjadi sudah bisa Diantisipasi.
Melakukan Internal Audit Melalui Patroli Mingguan Manajemen.
Mengkoordinir Surat Ijin Kerja Aman / Work Permit sudah Dijalankan pada setiap Unit Kerja Terutama Kontraktor.
Mengadakan briefing dan instruksi setiap harinya kepada Member HSE.
Persyaratan:
Pendidikan min. S1 jurusan bidang terkait.
Pengalaman kerja minimal 4 tahun di bidang K3 sebagai Supervisor di Perusahaan Manufaktur.
Memahami Regulasi K3L di Indonesia.
Memahami Fire Protection.
Ahli K3 Umum.
Menguasai Sistem manajemen lingkungan, keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja.
Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Exel, Power Point Etc).
Penempatan Cikupa, Tangerang.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related background (but Master Degree is more preferred) and graduated from top reputable universities
Min. 10 – 15 years of experience as Manager in Manufacturing Company, preferably in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas company / industry
Having an experience in managerial skill

About the role
As an HSE Coordinator at SKK Jewels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our jewellery manufacturing operations in East Jakarta. What you’ll be doing
Developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies, procedures, and training programs to foster a positive safety culture
Conducting regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
Investigating and reporting on incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and implementing corrective actions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Maintaining comprehensive records and preparing necessary reports for management and regulatory authorities
Promoting environmental sustainability initiatives and supporting the implementation of green practices
Providing training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices
What we’re looking for
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
