JOB REQUIREMENT
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 K3, Teknik Lingkungan, atau Teknik Industri.
- Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang HSE, lebih disukai di industri manufaktur/tekstil.
- Memiliki sertifikasi AK3 Umum / K3 Lingkungan / ISO 14001 lebih diutamakan.
- Memahami regulasi dan ketentuan terkait K3 serta pengelolaan lingkungan hidup sesuai peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi antar departemen yang baik.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Melaporkan hasil kegiatan HSE kepada atasan dan mendokumentasikan semua aktivitas K3L.

Melaksanakan program K3 dan lingkungan kerja sesuai regulasi dan kebijakan perusahaan.
Melakukan inspeksi keselamatan, pemantauan APD, dan housekeeping area kerja.
Membuat laporan insiden/kecelakaan kerja dan menindaklanjuti tindakan korektif.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily Safety Patrol and make weekly report to be send to Senior Manager, Director, GM and also cross function.
Conduct regular Safety Committee meeting in monthly basis (P2K3) & encourage safety committee to have safety mindset.
Create Training Need Analysis and conduct HSE Training in timely manner with quality of training implemetation.
Collect & analyze environmental data (Energy Consumptions, Water Consumptions, Waste Management, etc.) and provide advice to the management regarding the usage savings.
Work with third party to conduct Regular Safety Inspection for production machinery, laboratorium test facility for environmental aspect, and validity of operator license.
Ensure Contractor Safety Management system implemented, monitoring & make evaluation report for every contractor as reference for the cross function departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as HSE Supervisor in manufacturing or Garment industry (must have experienced in leading HSE Officers).
Fluent communication in English both verbal and written is a must.
Strong knowledge in all aspects in HSE in Manufacturing Industry such as Production Safety, Handling ISO Audit, CSMS (Contractor Safety Management Systems) and Environmental and Chemical Safety.
Highly preferred for the candidate who have HSE certifications e.g ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AK3 Umum, Construction Management Certifications, Environment Management, Chemical Managemet, and other relevant certifications.
Possess strong leadership skills, communications, good analythical and problem solving skills.
Candidate should be willing to work in Jepara – Central Java.

Supporting HSE team in developing and reporting SMK3
Assisting HSE team in developing technical details.
Supporting HSE team in safety patrol, safety training, HSE Program.
Supporting HSE team in planning, developing, and implementing risk management activities, conducting industrial HSE compliance audits, and executing emergency responses in both written and unwritten forms.
Supporting HSE team in implementing systems and monitoring health, safety, and environmental operations and tasks assigned at company work sites.
Assisting HSE team in developing and maintaining strict HSE policies for company work sites.
Fully supporting and collaborating with other departments to determine the requirements for company HSE policies in accordance with government regulations.
Supporting efforts to stay updated with the latest HSE policies and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in public health, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related major (fresh graduate are very welcome)
Certificate of AK3U Muda or (AK3) Umum by Kemnaker is mandatory
Having experiences internship in ISO 45001 and or ISO ISO 14001 or general knowledge would be preferable
Having experience internship or knowledge SMK3 is a plus
Very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent communication skill
Able to work independently as well as a team
