- Administrasi dan Dokumentasi
- Pengelolaan Data: Membantu mengelola dan memperbarui data HSSE (termasuk data CSMS) agar selalu sesuai dengan standar perusahaan terbaru.
- Penyusunan Laporan: Membantu menyiapkan dan menyusun laporan kegiatan HSSE (harian, mingguan, dan bulanan) untuk disampaikan ke manajemen.
- Arsip: Merapikan dan menyimpan seluruh dokumen, materi training, dan checklist pemeriksaan HSSE.
- Peralatan dan Perlengkapan
- Stok APD & P3K: Secara rutin memeriksa dan mencatat stok Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) dan isi kotak P3K (obat-obatan) serta memastikan semua masih layak pakai dan belum kedaluwarsa.
- Pengecekan Rutin: Membantu menyiapkan data dan melakukan pemeriksaan kondisi peralatan kantor, kendaraan, dan perlengkapan lainnya di lingkungan kerja.
- Pelaksanaan Lapangan & Koordinasi
Evaluasi: Membantu dalam pelaksanaan survei atau penilaian untuk mengukur kepuasan dan kinerja tim HSSE.
Dukungan Training: Membantu tim HSSE menyiapkan materi, dokumentasi, dan absensi peserta untuk kegiatan pelatihan (minimal 1 bulan sekali) dan safety briefing.
Koordinasi Internal: Menjadi penghubung (koordinator) antara KA HSSE dan anggota tim lainnya untuk memastikan semua kegiatan rutin berjalan lancar.

About the role
As an HSE Specialist at PT. Elecmetal Longteng Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and operations. This full-time position is based in Batang, Central Java, and is responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive safety protocols and procedures to protect our workforce.
What you’ll be doing
Support, leading and coordinating the Project HSE PT. Elecmetal Longteng Indonesia.
Assist in ensuring that the implementation of HSE in the project complies with the company’s internal regulations, procedures, and applicable laws.
Assist in performing risk identification and determining hazard control measures.
Support the implementation and monitoring of Project HSE activities at site level.
Conduct regular inspections, observations, and audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Assist in preparing and reporting HSE implementation results, including HSE Performance reports.
Collect, process, and update HSE Statistical Data, HSE Performance, and HSE Work Programs/Activities.
Provide analysis and recommendations based on HSE data and findings.
Review documentation (procedures, job hazard analysis, permits) to ensure safe working conditions and support audit processes for construction, commissioning, maintenance, and operations.
Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to maintain safe working environments during installation, testing, and operation systems.
Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks, and in monitoring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Support the management of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and follow up on their resolutions.
Participate in the change management process by providing clarification and technical input as needed.
Promote awareness and a strong culture of safety, security, and compliance across all project activities.
What we’re looking for
Minimum Diploma 3 in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety, or other related fields.
Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role, preferably in a Manufacturing or Heat Treatment environment.
Good understanding of CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System), UU No.1 Th.1970, and other K3-related regulations (especially Electrical).
Proficient in English and Microsoft Office
Possess safety-related certifications (AK3 Umum and/or K3 Listrik) from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Risk Management, Fire Safety, Lifting & Rigging, and Emergency & Evacuation Preparedness.
Certification in Fire Safety, Lifting & Rigging, or Working at Height is an advantage.
Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to support schedule control and ensure timely HSE compliance.

Responsibility :
Respond promptly and effectively to fire emergencies, using appropriate firefighting equipment and techniques
Conduct routine inspections of fire safety equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam peran sejenis di industri manufaktur pangan/tekstil diutamakan.
Memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peraturan dan standar K3 yang berlaku di Indonesia.

Job Description:
Handle the creation and maintenance of SOPs for cleaning equipment and building areas.
Monitor and manage the cleaning schedule process.
Handle store licensing management.
Manage company advertising needs, outsourcing, store utility billing & analysis process, and food safety certification process for licensing purposes.
Perform other general administrative duties such as data entry, document filing, budget control for the Industrial Relations (IR) & General Affairs (GA) Division, and creating company projections.
Input Purchase Requests (PR) / Purchase Orders (PO) related to advertisements, utility billing, etc.
Supervise building cleanliness and outsourced manpower needs.
Conduct on-site visits to our stores across Java and Bali.
Requirements:
Minimum D3/S1 in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Health, Public Health, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in General Affairs / Cleaning Service / Food Hygiene, preferably in the F&B industry.
Well-groomed, with strong communication and administrative skills.
Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness management, as well as understanding of F&B licensing processes.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good follow-up abilities.
Resilient, target-oriented, fast learner, and dynamic.
Computer literate (proficient in Microsoft Office).
Must own a personal motorcycle, with a valid SIM C and SIM A license.
