Job Description
As a HSE Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all company operations comply with Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and regulations. You will play a key role in building a strong safety culture and maintaining a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Health, Safety & Environment

Ensure implementation and compliance with SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other relevant standards

Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRADC)

Monitor safe work practices (Work Permit, LOTO, Working at Height, etc.)

Lead incident investigations and implement corrective & preventive actions

Conduct routine inspections of work areas and safety equipment

Ensure emergency preparedness (fire drill, evacuation, first aid readiness)

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain HSE SOPs, procedures, and documentation

Ensure environmental permits and regulatory reporting are up to date

Manage B3 and non-B3 waste in accordance with regulations

Prepare HSE reports and support internal/external audits

Environment & Sustainability

Monitor pollution control (air, water, waste, noise)

Support sustainability and environmental improvement programs

Coordinate with government authorities regarding HSE compliance

Culture & Awareness

Deliver HSE training and safety induction

Promote Safety First culture across all departments

Conduct safety campaigns and awareness programs

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE role within manufacturing industry

Certified AK3 Umum (valid certification preferred)

Strong understanding of SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001

Experienced in HIRADC, accident investigation, and waste management (B3)

Familiar with Indonesian HSE and environmental regulations

Good communication and coordination skills

Able to work independently and enforce safety standards firmly

Membuat, memelihara dan mengimplementasikan rencana Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dan Lingkungan

Memberikan induksi K3L sesuai kebijakan, prosedur, standar dan peraturan untuk semua pihak yang berkepentingan

Melaksanakan inspeksi semua peralatan, bahan baku dan proses produksi untuk memastikan lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat dan bebas kecelakaan

Menghentikan proses operasional jika dianggap sangat berpotensial mengancam keselamatan dan ketidaksesuaian pada K3L

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan minimal D3 Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja

Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Safety Officer pada pelayanan catering

Memiliki sertifikat AK3 Umum

Memiliki sertifikat HACCP & GMP, Food Handler, ISO 22000

Diutamakan memiliki sertifikat SMKP lebih diutamakan

Memahami dan mampu mengimplementasikan JSA / HIRA
