Jobs Description
Lead and manage the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) systems within the company.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company regulations.
Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and Continuous Improvement programs.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external parties related to certification and compliance.
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Lead, supervise, and direct the QHSE team.
Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management.
Coordinate and support continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
Jobs Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Metallurgy.
Language: English communicative level.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Management Representative, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Health, Safety, and Environment, or related fields in Manufacture or similar industries.
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949.
Certified Lead Auditor for ISO standards.
Holds General K3 Certification (Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker).
Extensive experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems.
Proficient in quality management methods and continuous improvement/Kaizen.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Willing to be based in Tangerang.

Responbilities:
The HSE Officer is responsible for managing the industrial estate’s environmental system and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations (AMDAL, RKL-RPL). Key duties include preparing periodic environmental reports, educating tenants on environmental compliance, handling environmental pollution incidents, and conducting routine wastewater sampling and testing.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the Environmental field.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations.
• Able to perform environmental monitoring and reporting.
• Experienced in tenant environmental compliance inspections within an industrial estate.
• Good knowledge of waste, wastewater, and emission management.

About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced HSE professional to join our team at PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk’. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across our operations in Cibitung and Karawang. As a key member of our Risk Management team, you will play a crucial role in protecting the wellbeing of our workforce and the surrounding community.
What you’ll be doing
Ensure all vendors develop and present a comprehensive HSE Plan prior to project commencement
Monitor and guarantee the consistent implementation of the HSE Plan by all vendors on-site.
Conduct operational controls, including routine site inspections and heavy equipment safety checks.
Maintain intensive coordination with all vendor representatives regarding safety standards.
Facilitate and lead weekly HSE meetings to review progress and address safety concerns.
Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly reports to management regarding HSE performance.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction, with a strong preference for Data Center projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Drive).
Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors, including Project Managers (PM), Site Managers (SM), and HSE personnel.
Proven ability to coordinate vendors in implementing and adhering to HSE programs.
In-depth knowledge of safety protocols for Working at Height.
Must hold a valid AK3 Umum (General OHS) and/or AK3 Konstruksi (Construction OHS) certification.
Strong communication skills in English (Written & Spoken).
