Job Description: 

Organize and supervise the implementation of safety program in the job site for preventing accidents at work through performing safety analysis, site inspection, etc.
Ensure all companies comply with safety standards, government regulations, the safety management system (ISO 45001), the environmental management system (ISO 14001), and client requirements.
Supervise daily safety patrols, monthly security patrols, weekly owner patrols, and weekly safety meetings.
Lead safety patrols during Board of Directors/Management walkthroughs to ensure proper and consistent implementation of EHS practices.
Ensure that ISO 45001 internal and external audits as well as ISO 14001 audits are conducted properly.
Maintain good communication and collaboration with the owner, consultant, government bodies, and third-party organizations regarding EHS matters.
Oversee the development and execution of training programs, ensuring the training needs matrix is maintained for both internal and external parties.
Manage document organizations using cloud-based tools such as Procore and Data scope.
Develop and implement safety initiatives to continuously improve and achieve safety performance goals.
 

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health.
Holder of Young OHS Construction Expert Certificate (Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi) is advantage.
Certification in AK3 Electrical, AK3 Fire, First Aid, and Hiperkes Paramedis by Kemenaker is a plus.
Strong knowledge of OHS Management Systems.
Knowledge and understanding of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 standards are essential.
Familiar with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Environmental Measurements, and Risk Assessment.
Approximately 5 years of experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety fields.
Ready to work on weekends on a shifting basis
Proficient in both written and spoken English is required.
Willing to be assigned to all DC Project at Pondok Ungu, Bekasi City.

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Engineer to join our team at PT Tekno Fluida Indonesia. In this full-time role, your expertise will be crucial in providing, ensuring, and maintaining the health, safety, and environmental compliances thorughout our operations. 

What you’ll be doing

Actively participates in developing and implementing comprehensive health, safety and environmental management systems (K3L).
Conducting risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Actively participates in designing, developing and implementing training and guidance to employees on HSE-related procedures and best practices.
Monitoring and create reporting on HSE performance metrics to ensure Government regulatory compliance.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve HSE-related issues.
Staying up-to-date with changes in HSE regulations and industry standards.
Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to HSE activities.
Carrying out waste checks to ensure that waste is managed properly and follows Government regulations, as well as contributing to environmental conservation efforts around the work area.
Prepare reports on HSE performance and achievement of safety and environmental targets.
Willing to be assigned outside the office and on project sites.

HSE Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in compliance with national (K3) regulations and company standards.
Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations across all property areas (office buildings, malls, apartments, and hotels).
Conduct regular inspections of safety systems, including fire extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, evacuation routes, and other safety equipment.
Conduct regular fire drills and evacuation simulations.
Be responsible for fire safety management, including fire detection system checks and maintenance of fire protection equipment.
Conduct regular socialization and training on Occupational Health and Safety (K3) for employees, tenants, and property residents.
Coordinate with government agencies such as the Ministry of Manpower, the Fire Department, and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Collaborate with property management, engineering teams, and security to improve safety standards within the property.
 

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
Possess a Fire Safety Manager certification recognized by relevant authorities.
Hold a K3 certification from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.
At least 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor in the property industry (office buildings, malls, apartments, or hotels).
Strong knowledge of K3 regulations, fire safety rules, and high-rise building safety standards.
Ability to conduct workplace accident investigations and provide reports with corrective action plans.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders.
