Tanggung Jawab:
Mengimplementasikan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan (SMKP Minerba), K3, dan lingkungan sesuai peraturan yang berlaku.
Memastikan seluruh aktivitas operasional tambang dilaksanakan sesuai standar Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).
Melakukan identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko (HIRADC/JSA), serta memastikan tindakan pengendalian berjalan efektif.
Melaksanakan inspeksi lapangan, safety patrol, safety audit, dan monitoring kepatuhan terhadap prosedur HSE.
Menginvestigasi insiden, kecelakaan kerja, dan near miss, serta menyusun laporan beserta rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan.
Memberikan safety induction, toolbox meeting, dan pelatihan HSE kepada karyawan maupun kontraktor.
Memastikan penggunaan APD dan penerapan standar keselamatan di seluruh area kerja.
Berkoordinasi dengan departemen operasional dalam meningkatkan budaya keselamatan kerja (Safety Culture).
Menyusun laporan HSE secara berkala dan memastikan pemenuhan seluruh persyaratan regulasi pemerintah.
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Pertambangan, Teknik Lingkungan, Kesehatan Masyarakat, Teknik Sipil, atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai HSE Supervisor di perusahaan kontraktor pertambangan batubara.
Memahami implementasi SMKP Minerba, Sistem Manajemen K3, investigasi insiden, risk assessment, dan peraturan K3 pertambangan.
Memiliki sertifikat POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) yang masih berlaku menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki sertifikasi AK3 Umum atau sertifikasi HSE lainnya menjadi nilai tambah.
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, problem solving, dan analytical thinking yang baik.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office serta menyusun laporan HSE.

HSE SUPERVISOR

Supervise and ensure the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across all operational areas.
Monitor compliance with company HSE policies, government regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification to minimize occupational risks.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Develop, implement, and monitor risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Organize and deliver HSE training, toolbox meetings, safety inductions, and emergency response drills for employees and contractors.
Supervise waste management, environmental monitoring, and pollution prevention programs in accordance with environmental regulations.
Ensure the availability, inspection, and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and emergency response equipment.
Monitor HSE performance indicators (KPI), prepare periodic HSE reports, and present findings to management.
Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders regarding HSE compliance and inspections.
Promote safety awareness and foster a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, company HSE standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor or 5 years of experience in HSE within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Possess a valid AK3 Umum (General Occupational Safety Expert) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI).
Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations, occupational safety standards, environmental compliance, and legal requirements.
Experience in implementing ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and HSE Management Systems.
Familiar with Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment (HIRA/HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and incident investigation techniques.
Experience conducting HSE training, internal audits, emergency response drills, and contractor safety management.
Good understanding of waste management, environmental monitoring, fire protection systems, and emergency preparedness.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting.
Able to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in manufacturing, wood processing, MDF, chemical, or heavy industrial operations will be an advantage.
Knowledge of SMK3, 5S/5R, and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
Willing to be placed in Terbanggi Besar, Lampung Tengah.

About the Role
Responsible for leading the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs at the mine site to ensure all operational activities comply with HSE standards and regulations, while minimizing workplace incidents and environmental impact.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily HSE activities across all mine site operations
Lead investigation of incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments (HIRARC/JSA)
Develop and deliver HSE training, induction, and toolbox meeting programs for employees and contractors
Monitor compliance with PPE usage, work permits, and safety procedures on-site
Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies on HSE reporting and compliance matters
Lead and mentor Safety Officers and HSE team members in daily field operations
Prepare and present HSE performance reports to site management
Qualifications:
Minimum D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety, Mining Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role within mining or heavy industry
Hold a General OHS Certificate / AK3 Umum (mandatory); POP/POM and Auditor SMKP certificate is an advantage
Strong understanding of mining safety regulations (Kepmen ESDM, PP No. 55 Year 2010)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willing to be placed at Site, Central Kalimantan roster 8:2
Physically and mentally fit for remote/site working conditions

This role ensures that all site activities comply with company policies, project requirements, and applicable safety regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in infrastructure or bridge projects and holds SKK Ahli Muda K3 or AK3U certification.
Qualifications:
