A recognised HSE qualification or certification AK3 Kemnaker

Proven experience working in a health and safety role within construction or a related industrial environment

In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation, environmental regulations and construction safety standards applicable in Indonesia

Strong practical experience in conducting site safety inspections, hazard identification and risk assessments

Proficiency in incident investigation methodologies and the ability to analyse root causes objectively

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with personnel at all levels, from site workers to senior management

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail when managing HSE documentation and records

Computer literacy and proficiency with HSE management software and Microsoft Office applications

Fluency in English is a MUST

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to various construction sites as required

  Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, including root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, company policies, and industry safety standards.

• Job Specifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of HSE experience, preferably in retail gas station, fuel & energy, logistics, construction, manufacturing, or multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety management systems.
• Certified AK3 Umum and other relevant HSE certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel frequently across multiple locations.
