About the role
This role involves implementing, evaluating, and improving Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3) systems, managing environmental compliance, and ensuring regulatory adherence across operations.
Key responsibilities
- Implement, evaluate, and improve Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3) systems
- Manage environmental compliance, documentation, and regulatory reporting
- Implement and maintain SMK3 / ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Monitor and manage B3 and Non-B3 waste in accordance with applicable regulations
- Manage and supervise third-party waste management vendors
- Oversee the proper handling and utilization process of expired products
- Collaborate with GA and operational teams to ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance
- Prepare HSE reports, evaluations, and supporting documentation for management and regulatory requirements
About you
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE, K3, or Environmental Management, preferably in food & beverages manufacturing
- Active AK3 Umum certification is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of K3, manpower, and environmental regulations
- Good understanding of B3 waste management and environmental compliance
- Familiar with SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health & Safety / K3
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and coordination skills

Job Description :
- Conduct regular HSE inspections across factory areas and ensure timely resolution of unsafe conditions.
- Lead accident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, including waste management and reporting.
- Lead SMK3 certification processes and maintain workplace safety standards.
- Manage emergency preparedness programs, including fire drills, evacuation simulations, and emergency response equipment.
- Oversee HSE budgets, contractor safety compliance, and continuous improvement programs such as 5S and SGA.Conduct internal HSE training and promote safety awareness among employees and contractors.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE within the manufacturing or FMCG industry, including experience leading safety programs and handling external audits.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
- Experienced in risk assessment, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and hazardous waste management.
- Familiar with environmental reporting systems such as SIMPEL/SILKH.
- Mandatory: General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification from the Ministry of Manpower.
- SMK3 Auditor certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
