FACTORY SAFETY MANAGER (HSE)

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE/K3, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Relevant professional HSE certifications are highly preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Group-wide HSE strategies, policies, standards, SOPs, and annual improvement plans.
- Establish a standardized HSE management system applicable to all manufacturing facilities.
- Develop HSE KPIs, dashboards, risk registers, and periodic performance reports for the Operation Director.
- Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and management reviews across all factory locations.
- Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments using HIRADC, JSA, and other relevant methodologies.
- Ensure the implementation of safe operating procedures, machine guarding, LOTO, PPE, and other critical risk controls.
- Monitor workplace safety in production, maintenance, warehousing, material handling, and contractor activities.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, including root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety and health regulations.
- Establish and maintain emergency response plans and evacuation procedures for all facilities.
- Ensure readiness of fire protection systems and emergency response equipment.
- Monitor closure of findings from emergency drills, fire safety inspections, and incident investigations.
- Monitor industrial waste, plastic scrap, B3 waste, emissions, wastewater, and other relevant environmental aspects.
- Establish proper waste segregation, storage, handling, and disposal procedures.
- Coordinate environmental monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate regulatory inspections, external audits, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, training records, inspection reports, and compliance evidence.
- Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation or certification, where applicable.
- Standardize HSE policies, procedures, and minimum safety requirements across Wanaherang, Sukoharjo, Medan, and Makassar.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering

- Melakukan audit internal, inspeksi kapal dan evaluasi kinerja HSE secara berkala
- Mengidentifikasi risiko operasional serta menyusun program pencegahan kecelakaan dan pencemaran lingkungan
- Melakukan investigasi insiden, menyusun laporan serta memastikan corrective action berjalan dengan efektif
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap dokumentasi dan administrasi terkait HSE
