Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Memahami pelaksanaan CSMS, Inspeksi Keselamatan (Risk Containment Audit), Inspeksi Peralatan, dan Pelaksanaan Induksi Keselamatan Memahami implementasi prosedur K3 seperti Risk Assessment, JSA, Izin Kerja, Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Alat Pelindung Diri;

Memastikan, memeriksa, dan melakukan inspeksi bulanan mengenai kelayakan dan kesediaan peralatan keselamatan kerja seperti APAR, P3K, dll

Bertanggung jawab atas seluruh pelaksanaan kegiatan HSE dan mengawasi pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan HSE di lapangan, berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal atau eksternal yang terkait.

Bertanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan Rapat P2K3 dan kegiatan pertemuan K3.

Bertanggung jawab mengawasi pelaksanaan peraturan perundangan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di perusahaan. 

Dapat memfasilitasi pelaksanaan Tool Box Meeting. 

Memiliki pengalaman dan mampu membuat Laporan HSE dengan baik.

Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke luar kota

Latar belakang pendidikan minimal S1 diutamakan Kesehatan Masyarakat atau yang relevan dengan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3).

Usia minimal 22 tahun dan maksimal 30 tahun.

Memiliki Pengalaman (pembuatan JSA, HIRADC, Risk Analysis) minimal 1 tahun, fresh graduate boleh apply.

Mempunyai sertifikasi HIMU diutamakan.

Teliti, Tepat Waktu, dan Komunikatif.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Membangun, memelihara, dan mengembangkan SMK3 di perusahaan:

a. Analisa kebutuhan perusahaan (HIRADC, risk analysis, JSA) untuk pemenuhan faktor K3 di kantor.

b. Membuat jadwal yang diperlukan untuk training K3 yang diperlukan.

c. Penyusunan dokumen yang diperlukan untuk pengajuan resertifikasi SMK3.

d. Pengurusan administrasi (Audit kecukupan, audit kelayakan, pra-audit, audit) untuk SMK3 ke badan sertifikasi SMK3.

Membuat & melaporkan laporan P2K3 ke Dinas Ketenagakerjaan secara berkala.

Membuat dan menyediakan program keselamatan sesuai dengan standar kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja serta peraturan perusahaan, kemudian mensosialisasikannya kepada seluruh karyawan.

Memberikan saran dan masukan kepada manajemen perusahaan untuk pengembangan K3 & Lingkungan di perusahaan.

Memeriksa dan memantau kualitas operasional alat dan kelengkapan peralatan K3 & lingkungan, termasuk rambu-rambu keselamatan & APAR di dalam dan di sekitar lingkungan kerja.

Menyusun sistem CSMS sesuai kebutuhan.

Memberikan pelatihan K3 & Lingkungan bagi karyawan perusahaan.

Melakukan pengukuran lingkungan kerja perusahaan apabila diperlukan.

Membangun, memelihara, dan mengembangkan PJK3 & TUK perusahaan:

a. Bertanggungjawab atas pelaksanaan pelatihan.

b. Membuat jadwal pelatihan & pemasarannya.

c. Berkoordinasi dengan narasumber, LSP, dan Kementerian Naker untuk pelaksanaan pelatihan.

Job Description:

Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Management System in accordance with internal standards and government regulations.

Supervise the reliability and functionality of SHE protection equipment across all operational areas.

Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure workplace safety.

Coordinate and lead SHE-related trainings, campaigns, and emergency response drills.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to build a safety-first culture.

Drive initiatives and corrective actions aimed at achieving and maintaining the company’s PROPER HIJAU rating.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.

Proven ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships across departments.

Experience in maintaining a PROPER HIJAU rating in the current or previous company is mandatory (non-negotiable).

Strong understanding of SHE standards, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking two qualified Safety Management Officers to join our Engineering Department in Jakarta. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of safety management requirements in accordance with company and Indonesian local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential hazards in the workplace, and develop hazard identification and risk assessment checklists.

Establish and maintain safety supervision checklists for high-risk projects.

Organize and participate in safety inspections, including fire safety and occupational health.

Monitor and ensure the implementation of safety rectification measures.

Participate in safety acceptance inspections for high-risk projects.

Supervise the development of emergency response plans for production safety incidents.

Organize and participate in emergency drills.

Report production safety incidents accurately and timely.

Participate in accident emergency response, investigation, and interviews.

Collect and analyze accident closure data, and establish accident files.

Organize and conduct environmental factor identification and evaluation activities.

Develop environmental factor identification and evaluation checklists.

Develop important environmental factor and control checklists.

Organize and conduct annual environmental management responsibility assessments.

Develop project environmental management plans for new projects.

Identify annual training needs and submit to the company.

Develop environmental protection cost investment scopes.

Develop annual environmental protection cost investment plans.

Report significant environmental incidents within 2 hours to superiors.

Report major environmental incidents within 48 hours to the Engineering Bureau.

Report critical environmental incidents within 24 hours to the Engineering Bureau.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Safety Management.

3-5 years of experience in construction safety management.

Fluent in English or Mandarin Chinese.

Familiarity with Indonesian construction safety regulations.

HSE certifications are preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
