Memahami implementasi Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja di lingkungan industry

Memiliki pengalaman sebagai HSE Staff di industri Pharmaceutical Manufacturing minimal 1 tahun, atau fresh graduate dipersilakan mendaftar

Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris, minimal pasif

Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik

Bersedia ditempatkan di Cikarang 

Ringkasan Pekerjaan:

Bertanggung jawab sebagai ahli K3 (Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja) di lingkungan perusahaan.

Melakukan pengecekan jalur pembuangan limbah B3 (Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun) dan pelaksanaan handling, penyimpanan dan pembuangan limbah B3 agar sesuai prosedur yang berlaku.

Mensupport pelaksanaan kebijakan dan program K3L terutama untuk lingkungan.

Membantu menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen K3 terutama untuk lingkungan.

Ikut memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan pada petunjuk K3 dari Corporate, pelaksanaan, update, review dan audit dari sistem K3/ HSE.

LGE Indonesia Research and Development Center (LGERC) is the first-ever overseas research subsidiary on behalf of the LG Home Entertainment Company established in November 2021 which focus in Television product. LGERC conducts all R&D projects for products targeting the global market, pointing to LG’s continued dedication to addressing the unique needs of local consumers as a leading brand loved worldwide. Enabling the unified operations of product development and manufacturing, the new subsidiary will allow LG to develop new models with higher efficiency as well as expand the company’s businesses in the global TV market with heightened speed.

LGERC also aims to foster local product operation systems focusing on R&D with the aim of developing a more diverse lineup of TV products that respond to the rapidly growing Asian market, particularly Indonesia.

Job Description:

Responsible for the overall management of HSE Team to ensure it adheres to all regulatory and operational requirements

Handling audit internal & external based on government regulation

Organize and lead an emergency simulation every year so that when an emergency actually occurs, it can be anticipated

Coordinate safe work permits that have been carried out in each work unit

Troubleshooting, investigating, and providing input for anything less secure

Able to build good internal and external communication

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree from: Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Environment) or equivalent

Preferable has 5 years experience in related position and Manufacturing Industry

Have a certification of Pelatihan Ahli K3 Umum

Have knowledge about ISO / Crisis Response / Basic safety knowledge for Chemical, Fire, Emergency situation

Have knowledge about Energy and electrical system at LG / Safety protocol for construction / Equipment management skill

Have strong sense of leadership & communicative

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

Able to speak English is a must

Able to speak Korean is an additional point.

Placement will be in LGE Indonesia Research and Development Center (new subsidiary of LG Electronics)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Memastikan alat dan sistem pemadam kebakaran tersedia dan berfungsi dengan baik, antara lain; APAR, hydrant, pompa, sprinkler, smoke detector, heat detector dan fire alarm system.

Memastikan alat pemadam kebakaran untuk petugas pemadam kebakaran tersedia dan berfungsi dengan baik, antara lain; APD, breathing apparatus, selang, dan nozzle.

Memastikan perlengkapan P3K tersedia sesuai daftar dan memenuhi kelayakan pemakaian di semua titik kotak P3K.

Memastikan peralatan gedung dan peralatan pendukung lainnya terkait dengan keselamatan dan kesehatan di lingkungan kerja berfungsi sesuai prosedur yang telah ditentukan 

Memastikan prosedur penyimpanan dan pemakaian bahan kimia di semua lokasi sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditentukan. 

Memastikan proses  induksi, pengawasan dan pembinaan terkait keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja kepada seluruh karyawan.

Membuat rencana pelatihan dan simulasi terkait masalah HSE, ERT selama 1 tahun dan memastikan rencana pelatihan tersebut dapat dijalankan, untuk itu perlu berkoordinasi dengan Bagian-Bagian terkait.

Memastikan terlaksananya Simulasi Fire Drill dan latihan Evakuasi Penghuni.

Memastikan segala perizinan terkait masalah Safety dan Lingkungan terupdate dan tidak terlewat dari tanggal masa berlakunya.

Membuat laporan agenda, kegiatan dan kejadian terkait HSE secara periodik, setiap bulan kepada atasan.

Spesifikasi Jabatan:

Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan jurusan yang terkait masalah kesehatan, safety dan lingkungan)

Pengalaman sebagai Supervisor HSE minimal 3 tahun, diutamakan pernah bekerja di gedung tinggi

Harus memiliki sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum, menjadi kelebihan apabila memiliki Sertifikat Pemadam Kebakaran, Fire Safety Manager, P3K

Menguasai bahasa Inggris lisan dan tulisan.

Menguasai MS. Office.

Skill & Experience: 

Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering, HSE, or equivalent

Have at least 2-3 years in similar role for manufacturing industry or equivalent 

Have relevant certification such as AK3 Umum, PLB3, or equivalent

Able to propose, compile, explain, and realize work plans in accordance with the targets setting

Realistic, Follow the rules, Able to analyse and explain a condition completely and valid, Good in creating new concept

Fluent in English

Requirements:

At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the same position is required for this position.

Have required formal training and or certifications in the following systems and standards:

ISO 14001,

ISO 45001,

Skilled in drafting and developing Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing safety programs and leading cross-functional teams.

Willing to work at Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat

Willing to travel to other Operating Unit offices, if necessary by the company.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) initiatives across all units within Samora Group.

Provide safety-related guidance and training to employees, and support new employee orientation on SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) topics in collaboration with HR.

Coordinate the development of SHE and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) standards with Operating Units.

Investigate workplace accidents and unsafe conditions—especially at the Head Office—and coordinate with law enforcement and relevant authorities during serious incidents.

Conduct HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control) activities and assess employee compliance with OHS regulations and policies.

Perform field audits based on ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and PROPER standards, and compile audit reports with findings and recommendations.

Continuously update knowledge on SHE regulations and share relevant updates with SHE teams throughout the organization.
