• Membuat program dan anggaran biaya kerja safety dan mengajukan kepada HSE Spt. untuk mendapatkan persetujuan
• Menerapkan disiplin kerja yang tinggi dan menindak tegas pelanggaran terhadap tindak pelanggarankerja untuk mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan safety di area Pit
• Melakukan pemeriksaan secara rutin kondisi jalan dengan inspeksi Patok, Rambu rambu serta papan informasi yang dibawah pengawasan safety
• Berkoordinasi dengan Environment , Produksi terkait dengan kondisi Oil Trap di CPP, workshop, BBM, Disposal dan Safety bern diseluruh akses jalan site
• Berkoordinasi dengan bagian perawatan jalan untuk pemeliharaan jalan dan mengatur penyiraman jalan
• Membuat dan menyusun program pemeriksaan kondisi peralatan kerja site dan peralatan pendukung mengenai kelayakan pengoperasiannya.
• Melakukan pengawasan pelaksanaan atas kelengkapan dan kondisi kerja di seluruh area terhadap keselamatan kerja dalam operasional site
• Membuat surat dan data lainnya yang menyangkut keselamatan kerja karyawan
• Melakukan inspeksi terhadap karyawan yang menyangkut penggunaan perlengkapan safety kerja di area site

Job Requirement

• Laki-laki/Perempuan
• Usia Maksimal 45 Tahun
• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Semua jurusan (Diutamakan Teknik Lingkungan)
• Mempunyai pengalaman 3 Tahun di Posisi yang sama di pertambangan batu bara, Sehat jasmani dan rohani
• Komunikatif serta memiliki jiwa leadership yang baik
• Memiliki sertifikat K3 Umum
• Memiliki sertifikat minimal POP

• Develop new policies addressing safety, health, and environmental concerns, which may involve implementing new equipment, creating training programs, and strategies to enhance productivity while adhering to safety standards.
• Manage and control budgets related to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives.
• Conduct both internal and external safety audits.
• Provide safety guidance and advice, including supervising the preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start-up activities.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits.
• Demonstrate working knowledge in Health, Safety, and and incident investigations.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain HSE records, documentation, and reporting.

Job Requirement

• A bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or any related major.
• Certifications or additional training in Environmental Management or Sustainability are a plus.
• Min. 3 years of experience in environmental management in the mining industry (or other heavy industry).
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EPA regulations).

• Possesses good knowledge and skills related to Water Management Systems & Mine Water Treatment, the Process of Revegetation & Mine Reclamation, as well as the Control of Hazardous Waste (B3) and Hydrocarbons in Mining.
• Holds a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
• Willing to be placed in Aceh Barat Daya (site).
