- Melakukan tindakan perbaikan terkait penerapan K3 yang berkelanjutan.
- Memastikan kepatuhan dalam pelaksanaan terhadap seluruh Peraturan Pemerintah terkait K3
- Merancang Program Pelatihan terkait K3
- Mengelola dan mendokumentasikan semua catatan, laporan, dan data terkait keselamatan termasuk MSDS
- Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan inspeksi, audit, dan pemantauan
- Menjadi penghubung utama antara manajemen, karyawan, dan otoritas terkait keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.

Job Description:
We are seeking qualified Safety Management Officers to join our Engineering Department in APL Tower Jakarta. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of safety management requirements in accordance with company and Indonesian local regulations.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential hazards in the workplace, and develop hazard identification and risk assessment checklists.
Establish and maintain safety supervision checklists for high-risk projects.
Organize and participate in safety inspections, including fire safety and occupational health.
Monitor and ensure the implementation of safety rectification measures.
Participate in safety acceptance inspections for high-risk projects.
Supervise the development of emergency response plans for production safety incidents.
Organize and participate in emergency drills.
Report production safety incidents accurately and timely.
Participate in accident emergency response, investigation, and interviews.
Collect and analyze accident closure data, and establish accident files.
Organize and conduct environmental factor identification and evaluation activities.
Develop environmental factor identification and evaluation checklists.
Develop important environmental factor and control checklists.
Organize and conduct annual environmental management responsibility assessments.
Develop project environmental management plans for new projects.
Identify annual training needs and submit to the company.
Develop environmental protection cost investment scopes.
Develop annual environmental protection cost investment plans.
Report significant environmental incidents within 2 hours to superiors.
Report major environmental incidents within 48 hours to the Engineering Bureau.
Report critical environmental incidents within 24 hours to the Engineering Bureau.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Safety Management.
3-5 years of experience in construction safety management.
Fluent in English or Mandarin Chinese.
Familiarity with Indonesian construction safety regulations.
HSE certifications are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Description :
Implementing and coordinating the application of the occupational health and safety management system in accordance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard and SMK3 and fulfilling compliance obligations;
Coordination of the implementation of the OHS management system by the ISO team;
Ensure the implementation of identification and evaluation of occupational health and safety risk studies by the ISO team and carry out mitigation actions according to the established plan;
Reporting and creating a corrective action plan for occupational health and safety incidents/accidents;
Ensure that monitoring and measurement of occupational health and safety is carried out and creating analysis and evaluation from the obtained results;
Prepare documents and create reports in the occupational health and safety management system;
Coordinate the implementation of occupational health and safety regulations and ensure updated permits;
Monitoring and ensuring that emergency response facilities are functional and conducting training and evaluation of the emergency response team;
Conduct training and communication of health and safety requirements to internal and external parties;
Create and monitor action plans for non-conformities;
Monitoring the needs and usage of supporting facilities and infrastructure for K3 activities;
Assist in the implementation of internal and external OHS audits;

Position Introductory:

Requirements:
Minimum of a Diploma degree in an engineering, science, or EHS specialty.
Minimum of 5 years EHS job related experience, priority from Manufacturing Company.
Demonstrated EHS Program development and implementation.
Have a General K3 certificate
Familiarity with safety and environmental laws and regulations required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer skills: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
Completion of a recognized environmental or safety professional certification program a plus
