Job Description:
Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.
Ensure and supervise the implementation of HSE procedures to comply with company and government HSE regulations.
Prepare regular reports related to the implementation of HSE in the company.
Provide information, regulations, standards, and applicable HSE procedures in the company in case of updates to relevant employees.
Supervise the implementation of business processes, policies, and SOPs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Diploma degree (S1/D3).
Maximum age of 35 years old.
Has a General K3 Expert certification.
Minimum 1 year of work experience in the field.
Preferably have experience working in Building Management.
Understand occupational health and safety regulations and other relevant laws.
Able to conduct HSE inspections, implement HSE inspection programs, and report on HSE inspections.

Sertifikasi khusus konstruksi (misalnya, Ahli K3 Konstruksi) jika relevan.
Sertifikasi tambahan: Pemahaman tentang pengendalian risiko dan sistem manajemen HSE, seperti ISO 45001 (Sistem Manajemen K3) atau ISO 14001 (Manajemen Lingkungan)
Pengalaman minimal 2–5 tahun dalam posisi serupa, terutama di proyek konstruksi.

Job Responsibilities :
Ensure all workers are aware of the importance of using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Ensure, check & conduct monthly inspections regarding the suitability & availability of PPE and other work safety equipment
Ensure safety signs at the work location are properly installed
Provide training to workers such as the use of APAR, P3K, Emergency Response, etc.
Monitor the implementation of SOPs carried out properly by all employees
Ensure that B3 waste and non-B3 waste can be accommodated in accordance with applicable provisions
Reprimand & sanction workers who violate the established occupational safety & health (K3) regulations
Can solve problems, investigate, audit & provide input for something that can cause an unsafe condition or environment
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Barchelor Degree, prefer major in industrial engineering, health, safety, environment or a related field.
Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field HSE positions, having experience in the electric power industry or PLN is a plus point.
Proficient in English, can speak mandarin is an advantage
Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 37001, CSMS and SMK3.
Must have the certification of General K3 (Ahli K3 Umum) from Ministry of Manpower, P2K3, and QMS ISO 9001:2015.
Having good network with electricity company.
Computer, good interpersonal, team player and presentation skills.
Have strong analytical skills, good communication skills and creative problem-solving skills
Will be located in Cikande.
