Kami sedang mencari seorang Engineering & HSE Supervisor yang berpengalaman dan berdedikasi untuk bergabung dalam tim operasional kami di Themepark Lampung. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab atas pengawasan operasional teknik dan penerapan standar Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan (HSE) di area themepark agar berjalan dengan aman, efisien, dan sesuai regulasi.

Tanggung Jawab:

Mengawasi dan memastikan kelancaran operasional sistem teknik (mekanikal, elektrikal, HVAC, plumbing) di seluruh area themepark.

Melakukan inspeksi berkala terhadap fasilitas dan wahana untuk memastikan keselamatan pengunjung dan karyawan.

Mengimplementasikan kebijakan dan prosedur HSE sesuai regulasi pemerintah dan standar perusahaan.

Menyusun dan melaksanakan program pelatihan keselamatan kerja untuk seluruh karyawan.

Menangani pelaporan dan investigasi insiden atau kecelakaan kerja.

Berkoordinasi dengan vendor, kontraktor, dan pihak internal terkait pekerjaan teknik dan keselamatan.

Membuat laporan rutin terkait operasional teknik dan HSE kepada manajemen.

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik (Elektro, Mesin, Sipil) atau Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja.

Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang engineering dan HSE, diutamakan dari industri hiburan, pariwisata, atau manufaktur.

Memahami standar K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja) serta regulasi lingkungan.

Sertifikasi AK3U atau HSE lainnya menjadi nilai tambah.

Memiliki kemampuan analisis, kepemimpinan, dan komunikasi yang baik.

Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan akhir pekan.

Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) function within a petrochemical facility, ensuring full compliance with local, national, and international regulations. The HSE Manager will implement policies and procedures to foster a safe work environment, prevent accidents, and minimize environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Ensure compliance with petrochemical industry standards, legal regulations, and corporate policies.
Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and ensure appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
Oversee safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis; implement corrective and preventive actions.
Lead safety training and awareness programs for all levels of employees, including contractors.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections, audits, and reporting.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and proactive safety performance.
Manage emergency response planning and drills.
Monitor and report on HSE KPIs to senior management.
Advise engineering, maintenance, and operations teams on safe work practices and environmental protection.
Oversee waste management, pollution control, and environmental impact mitigation efforts.
Requirements:

Education & Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
NEBOSH Diploma, OSHA Certification, or equivalent (mandatory).
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification (preferred).
Experience:

Minimum 8-10 years of HSE experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or chemical manufacturing industry.
Proven leadership in high-risk industrial environments.
Required Indonesian Passport Holder.
Placement: Gresik (resident).
Skills:

Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in safety management systems and risk assessment tools.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
Working Conditions:

Site-based position; requires presence in processing areas and occasional exposure to hazardous conditions.
Must be available for emergency response and on-call support.
Occasional travel to other company sites or regulatory offices.

Job Summary:

The HSE Supervisor is responsible for implementing and monitoring the health, safety, and environmental management systems on petrochemical project sites. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, client standards, and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Site HSE Oversight:
 
Supervise day-to-day HSE activities on the project site.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices by all personnel.
 
Compliance & Documentation:
 
Maintain all HSE records, including incident reports, safety checklists, permits, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with local and international HSE laws and petrochemical industry standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Risk Management:
 
Identify potential hazards and implement risk control measures.
Lead job safety analysis (JSA) and hazard identification (HAZID) processes.
Oversee the implementation of emergency response plans and drills.
 
Training & Awareness:
 
Conduct HSE inductions for new staff and subcontractors.
Organize toolbox talks, safety meetings, and awareness campaigns.
Promote a strong safety culture among the workforce.
Incident Management:
 
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices.
Provide recommendations and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
Coordination & Reporting:
 
Liaise with contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies regarding HSE matters.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance reports.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
HSE certifications such as NEBOSH IGC (if have), OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
