Deskripsi:

Memastikan sistem dan ketentuan K3 & Lingkungan sesuai dengan hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku serta persyaratan lainnya.

Membuat prosedur terkait keselamatan, membuat pelatihan K3 dan lingkungan, dan memenuhi dokumen terkait K3 dan lingkungan.

Berkoordinasi dengan semua Departemen dan melakukan pengadaan serta pengendalian peralatan keselamatan.

Berkoordinasi dengan Instansi Pemerintah maupun swasta yang terkait dengan tugas yang dilaksanakan.

Persyaratan:

Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan Teknik Lingkungan, Kesehatan Masyarakat atau yang berkaitan).

Berpengalaman sebagai Supervisor HSE di perusahaan Kontraktor minimal 3 tahun.

Berpengalaman dalam menghandle Environment dan Health Safety.

Mampu menggunakan komputer dengan baik.

Memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan terkait dengan SMK3/CSMS K3, Job Safety Analysis, CPKB, ISO, dan GMP.

Memiliki Sertifikat AK3 Umum.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct risk assessment (JSA) prior to work execution

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage

Supervise high-risk activities (work at height, electrical work, lifting, refrigerant handling)

Implement and monitor LOTO procedures

Prepare and manage work permits (PTW, Work at Height, Electrical, Hot Work)

Lead toolbox meetings and safety briefings

Investigate incidents, near-miss, and unsafe conditions

Coordinate with client safety representatives

Stop unsafe work when required

Qualifications

Minimum D3 / S1 in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety

Minimum 2–3 years as HSE Officer

Experience in mechanical & electrical projects preferred

Certified Ahli K3 Umum (Kemnaker) and First Aid (P3K)

Working at Height Training

Strong understanding of OHS regulations

Familiar with electrical and mechanical safety

Good communication and leadership skills

Detail-oriented and assertive

Able to work under pressure and site-based environment

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and continuously improve HSE Retail policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations

Conduct internal HSE inspections and audits based on annual audit plan

Lead and support incident investigations to ensure proper root cause analysis and effective corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)

Develop and execute emergency response simulation programs across stores

Design and deliver HSE training programs, including refreshment training

Analyze incident and accident reports to identify trends and risk mitigation strategies

Review and propose improvements related to HSE equipment and facilities

Authorities

Propose and update HSE regulations and SOP

Conduct HSE audits and supervise CAPA implementation at store level

Propose HSE equipment requirements and improvements

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health (K3), Environmental Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience at Supervisor level

Certified Ahli K3 Umum (Kemnaker)

Strong understanding of HSE regulations and risk management

Skilled in accident investigation and auditing

Strong analytical, reporting, and time management skills

Business English proficiency

Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong leadership capability
