About The Company:

Our client is a Building Material Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for HSE Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
Safety patrols at work sites and identification of hazardous areas.
Investigation of accidents and near-misses, and implementation of measures to prevent recurrence.
Development and management of safety rules and work procedures.
Verification of PPE (personal protective equipment) usage.
Conducting safety education and training for employees.
Management of the work environment (noise, dust, hazardous substances, etc.)
Environmental management of waste, wastewater, etc.
Verification of compliance with laws and regulations, such as the Industrial Safety and Health Act.
Preparation of safety and environmental reports.
Other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
More than 3 years working experience as HSE position in factory prefer in Japanese company.
Holding HSE certificate such as K3.
More than high conversational level English.
Stable career.

About the role
We are seeking a full-time HSE / Safety Staff to join our team in our group company. As a key member of our Environmental Engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our operations.
What you’ll be doing
Developing, implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment
Conducting safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
Providing safety training and education to all employees
Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents that occur
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Collaborating with project teams to integrate safety considerations into project plans and processes
Maintaining comprehensive safety documentation and records
What we’re looking for
Degree or equivalent (D3/S1) in Environmental Engineering / Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
Has experience in a similar HSE or safety role.
Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees at all levels
Proficient in using safety management software and data analysis tools

Membantu penyusunan laporan HSE mingguan, bulanan, atau tahunan untuk manajemen.
Menyusun jadwal pelatihan, simulasi, dan sosialisasi HSE bagi karyawan.
Memastikan semua dokumen dan prosedur HSE diperbarui sesuai regulasi yang berlaku.
Mendukung proses audit internal dan eksternal terkait HSE.
Menangani administrasi perizinan dan kepatuhan lingkungan kerja.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim HSE dan departemen lain untuk kebutuhan administrasi terkait keselamatan kerja.
Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen, Kesehatan Lingkungan.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi administrasi, lebih diutamakan di bidang HSE.
WAJIB Memiliki sertifikasi K3 Umum / Ahli K3.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan sistem administrasi HSE lainnya.
Teliti, rapi, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
