Prepare, compile, review, and administer all company documents.

Quality Plan, procedures, work instructions, and forms.

Ensure documentation complies with Mining regulations (K3, SMKP Minerba), ISO standards, Client and site-specific requirements.

Act as central administrator for all HSE & QA documents (softcopy & hardcopy).

Maintain master lists, registers, trackers, and document logs.

Maintain proper filing, archiving, and confidentiality of project documents.

Prepare periodic HSE & QA administrative reports.

Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.

Coordinate with engineering, site, and management teams for document completeness and deadlines.

Good communication skills in Bahasa & English

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

About the role

As a full-time HSE Supervisor at PT. What you’ll be doing

Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

Conducting regular risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures

Providing training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices

Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective actions

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of the business

Continuously reviewing and improving HSE performance to drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

A bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor or in a similar role within the mining, natural resources, or energy industry

Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and identify practical solutions

Proficiency in using relevant HSE management software and tools

Experinced in handling AMDAL, Waste and Dam Tailing

Execute and monitor HSE programs in alignment with company policies and government regulations.

Develop and ensure the implementation of HSE SOPs across building areas (offices, common areas, basement, etc.).

Conduct routine inspections of building facilities (electrical systems, elevators, escalators, fire protection systems, etc.).

Identify potential hazards and perform risk assessments.

Requirment

Bachelor degree, any major.

Having min. 1 of experience in HSE roles preaferable from Building Management industry.

Good knowledge about SMK3 and ISO 45001 implementation.

Having certification HSE will be advantage.

Familiar using Ms. Excel.
