Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
Membuat dokumen ekspor (BEA Cukai, Karantina, Shipping Instruction, dll)
Mengawasi dan mengatur alur loading di jetty & vessel
Mengkoordinasikan ketersediaan tongkang dan mengatur kedatangan dengan pengawas tongkang
Mengkomunikasikan ketersediaan dan kedatangan alat berat TKBM dan PBM
Memastikan proses operasional berjalan sesuai prosedur SHE/HSE perusahaan
Membuat laporan dan administrasi operasional loading secara berkala
Kualifikasi :
Minimal Diploma semua jurusan, lulusan Transportasi/Logistik menjadi nilai tambah
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang shipping, loading, atau operasional pelabuhan
Memahami proses administrasi ekspor dan pelayaran
Mampu mengoperasikan Ms Office terutama Microsoft Excel
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik

About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Head of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) to join our mining contracting operations in East Kalimantan. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental strategies to ensure the highest standards of workplace safety and environmental compliance across our mining sites.
What you’ll be doing
Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s health, safety, and environmental management systems
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures
Provide training and support to all employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensure the company complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and legislation
Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Collaborate with operational teams to integrate HSE considerations into all business activities
Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the HSE program
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management
What we’re looking for
Tertiary qualification in occupational health and safety, environmental management, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HSE role, preferably within the mining or resources sector
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive HSE management systems
Strong understanding of relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and regulations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve HSE objectives
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex HSE challenges

Qualifications ：
- Minimum Diploma （D3）in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health (or equivalent)；
2. Holds a General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) certificate；
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE/K3 is preferred；
4.Proactive, communicative, with leadership skills；
5.Good communication skills in Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop K3 work programs and implementation plans.
- Identify and map potential hazards in the work environment.
3. Control operational activities related to Occupational Health and Safety。
4. Responsible for managing waste.
5. Handle all necessary permits.
6. Monitor the health of company employees.
7. Create and maintain various documents related to K3, Health, and Safety at Work.
8. Provide training to employees on the use of Fire Extinguishers (APAR), First Aid (P3K), Emergency Response, etc.
- Prepare HSE reports and analyse statistical data on work accidents.
10. Conduct risk assessment reviews, HIRADC, SOP/SWP, and JSA.
11. Conduct HSE socialization and safety communication (HSE safety meetings and instructions) for employees.
