Qualifications ：
- Minimum Diploma （D3）in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health (or equivalent)；
2. Holds a General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) certificate；
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE/K3 is preferred；
4.Proactive, communicative, with leadership skills；
5.Good communication skills in Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop K3 work programs and implementation plans.
- Identify and map potential hazards in the work environment.
3. Control operational activities related to Occupational Health and Safety。
4. Responsible for managing waste.
5. Handle all necessary permits.
6. Monitor the health of company employees.
7. Create and maintain various documents related to K3, Health, and Safety at Work.
8. Provide training to employees on the use of Fire Extinguishers (APAR), First Aid (P3K), Emergency Response, etc.
- Prepare HSE reports and analyse statistical data on work accidents.
10. Conduct risk assessment reviews, HIRADC, SOP/SWP, and JSA.
11. Conduct HSE socialization and safety communication (HSE safety meetings and instructions) for employees.

Job Description:
Melakukan pengelolaan dokumen (document control), termasuk pengarsipan dan pemeliharaan dokumen kerja secara sistematis dan terstruktur
Menyusun laporan rutin (reporting) serta melakukan pengolahan data operasional
Mengolah data dari lapangan (seperti jam kerja dan jumlah tenaga kerja) menjadi laporan kinerja K3 bulanan
Mencatat dan memonitor data statistik kinerja K3L, termasuk tindak lanjut dan status perbaikan atas temuan potensi bahaya di lapangan
Mengelola administrasi pelatihan, termasuk persiapan kartu induksi, formulir pernyataan, serta dokumentasi bagi pekerja baru maupun tamu perusahaan
Mengelola dan memperbarui database sertifikasi karyawan
Mendokumentasikan hasil rapat rutin komite K3, serta mendistribusikan poin-poin keputusan kepada pihak terkait

Memastikan seluruh dokumen tersedia secara lengkap, valid, dan siap digunakan dalam proses audit
Memastikan keakuratan data jam kerja aman (safe man-hours) serta statistik kecelakaan kerja
Memastikan informasi kebijakan K3L terbaru tersosialisasi ke seluruh karyawan melalui media komunikasi yang efektif (memo, pengumuman, safety talk, dll)
Requirements:
Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Teknik Lingkungan, atau jurusan terkait
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang administrasi K3/HSE (lebih disukai)
Memahami sistem manajemen K3L serta administrasi dokumentasi K3
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel dan Word) dengan baik
Memiliki kemampuan analisis data dan reporting yang baik
Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang kuat
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik serta mampu berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
Diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi terkait K3 (Ahli K3 Umum Kemenaker)

About the Role:
As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor, you will supervise a team responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for clients.
This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in managing HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and the need for changes.
Support the process for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
Act as a resource to staff and internal customers as the subject matter expert.
Oversee plans, playbooks, and procedures making sure playbooks are current, complete, and effectively implemented.
Identify opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing the quality of services. Respond to customer member concerns regarding HSE matters.
Establish work schedules and delegate tasks to staff members.
Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.

What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.
