Job Role :

·       Implement and maintain company Health, Safety, and Environment Management System, ensuring compliance with relevan stator, regulatory, contractual, and company requirements;

·       Implement safety risk management practices in line with the company’s health and safety policy;

·       Create HSE Performance report and IBPR (Identifikasi Bahaya dan Pengendalian Resiko);

·       Controlling and create monthly and triwulan HSE report;

·       Train and educate employees by mean of HSE & organizing education programs;

·       Facility safety training, monitor, and conduct courses as required including evaluation;

·       Conducting accident/incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions;

·       Review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessment and changing existing, or develop new recommendations.

Job Requirements :

·       Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health or equivalent

·       Has experience as HSE at least 3 years in related field;

·       Process certificate of occupational health professional (Ahli K3 Umum)

·       Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

About the role

This is a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) role responsible for executing day-to-day HSE activities across Certification, Inspection, Pest Management, Laboratory and other operational business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day HSE activities for Certification, Inspection, Pest Management, Laboratory and other operational business activities
• Conduct routine HSE inspections, hazard observations, and support HIRADC implementation
• Deliver HSE induction and safety awareness training sessions for employees, visitors, contractors, and other relevant parties
• Support incident investigation, corrective action follow-up, and HSE statistics/reporting
• Monitor chemical inventories, SDS availability, emergency equipment, and waste management compliance
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, P2K3 documentation, training records, inspection records, and other HSE documentation

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3) or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) role
• Valid General Occupational Safety and Health Specialist / Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) is preferred
• Good understanding of OHS Management System / SMK3 (PP No. 50 Tahun 2012), ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 requirements and HSE regulations
• Experience in HSE inspections, HIRADC implementation, HSE training/induction, incident reporting and investigation, and HSE statistics/reporting
• Familiarity with hazardous chemical management, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and waste management compliance is an advantage
• Basic Fire Fighting and Basic First Aid certifications issued by Kemnaker are an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and HSE Documentation
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Willing to travel for site inspections and operational support
