PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and control the implementation of health, safety and environment management system (ISO 9001 & 45001) at sites level.
- Conduct safety-related training to workers.
- To assist the sites in complying with current HSE legislation and/or regulations (Toll’s and Local regulations) with the objective of ensuring that all reasonable and proper measures are taken to protect the safety and health of learners, staff and visitors.
- To increase health and safety awareness at all levels within the organization.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
- Maintain safety documentation and prepare reports.
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
- Make sure implementation of HSE Site Plan at sites level.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Understand ISO 9001, ISO 45001.
- Have OHS certificate (minimum AK3U KEMNAKER).
- Understand Local Regulations of Indonesia.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Have a good English both written and spoken.
- Experience in Warehousing / Transport / Logistics sectors (preferably have experience dealing with chemical cargo).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HSE.

Job Description :
- Memastikan implementasi kebijakan, prosedur, dan standar Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) pada seluruh kegiatan operasional perusahaan.
- Melakukan identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, serta memastikan implementasi tindakan pengendalian melalui HIRADC/HIRA dan JSA.
- Melaksanakan inspeksi HSE secara berkala pada area operasional, kendaraan/unit, dan fasilitas kerja.
- Memastikan penerapan standar keselamatan pada aktivitas transportasi dan logistik, termasuk keselamatan pengemudi dan kelayakan unit operasional.
- Melaksanakan safety induction, toolbox meeting, safety briefing, dan program peningkatan awareness HSE.
- Melakukan investigasi accident, incident, near miss, unsafe action, dan unsafe condition serta memastikan corrective & preventive action ditindaklanjuti.
- Memastikan kesiapan emergency response, APAR, P3K, jalur evakuasi, serta fasilitas keselamatan lainnya.
- Memantau kepatuhan terhadap regulasi K3, lingkungan, serta standar HSE perusahaan.
- Mengawasi penerapan standar HSE oleh vendor, transporter, subcontractor, dan pihak ketiga.
- Menyusun, memonitor, dan mengevaluasi laporan serta KPI HSE secara berkala.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Operation, Fleet, Warehouse, Maintenance, HRGA, serta pihak terkait dalam peningkatan performa HSE.
- Mendukung pelaksanaan audit HSE internal maupun eksternal serta memastikan tindak lanjut atas setiap temuan.
Qualifications :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 K3, Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang HSE diposisi serupa, diutamakan dari industri logistik, transportasi, pertambangan, pelabuhan, atau industri sejenis.
- Wajib memiliki sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) yang masih berlaku.
- Memiliki sertifikasi ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security Code)
- Memahami HIRADC/HIRA, JSA, incident investigation, root cause analysis, emergency response, dan risk management.
- Memahami penerapan SMK3, ISO 45001, dan ISO 14001.
- Memahami regulasi K3 dan lingkungan yang berlaku.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, komunikasi, analisa, problem solving, dan koordinasi yang baik.
- Mampu membuat laporan dan melakukan analisis data/KPI HSE.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office dengan baik.
- Lokasi penempatan : Marangkayu, Kalimantan Selatan
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas, apabila dibutuhkan

- Ability to analyze data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, Certified Safety Professional) is highly desirable
