Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (HSE) or a related field
- 5–7 years of relevant work experience
- Holds a valid Oil and Gas OHS Expert (Ahli K3 Migas) certification
- Holds a valid Firefighter certification, minimum Class D
- Holds a valid First Aid (P3K) certification
- Holds a valid T-BOSIET certification (is a plus)
- Holds an Incident Investigation certification
- Has work experience in Tangguh (preferably).
Job description:
- Preparing HSE performance reports for the project
- Conducting Toolbox Talks (TBT) with the operations team in the field
- Providing HSE inductions and training for all personnel on-site
- Performing inspections and audits in the field and at the fabrication yard
- Preparing accident reports and conducting accident investigations
- Attending meetings with the Client at the Head Office in Jakarta

Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

Melaksanakan semua ketentuan aturan perundangan yang berkaitan dengan K3 di bidang konstruksi.
Mengatur semua dokumen kontrak dan cara kerja pelaksanaan konstruksi.
Mengatur semua program K3 di perusahaan.
Melakukan evaluasi terkait prosedur dan petunjuk kerja pelaksanaan ketentuan K3.
Melaksanakan sosialisasi, implementasi, dan pemantauan langsung terkait penerapan program, cara kerja, dan petunjuk kerja K3.
Melakukan pengelolaan terhadap laporan pelaksanaan SMK3 dan acuan teknis K3 konstruksi.
Melakukan pengelolaan terkait cara kerja penerapan konstruksi yang berdasarkan dengan K3 apabila memang diperlukan.

Memahami CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System)
Lebih diutamakan yang mempunyai sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan dan P3K

- Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
- Preferably experienced in ISO 45001 audit preparation and implementation.

Support audit activities and implement corrective actions.
Ensure implementation of safety procedures and legal compliance at the project site.
Monitor and control high-risk activities (lifting, working at height, hot work).
Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure readiness of safety equipment.
Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, daily reports, and incident records.
Provide safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and internal HSE training.
