Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health/ Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3-year experiences in Health, Safety & Environment roles preferably from Manufacturing sector.
Holding on General AK3 Certification (AK3 Umum).
Holding on Occupational Health & Safety for working environment (K3 Lingkungan Kerja).
Have valid certification in Basic Fire, First Aid, HIRA, ISO 9001, (include Internal Auditor) & SMK3 PP 50/2012.
Familiar on building management/facility management.
Good understanding in Contract Safety Management Service (CSMS).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
Job Specification:
Having min. 3 years’ proven experiences as HSE Officer, preferable experience in industry Manufacture Company.
Having experience in developing HSE training Module and as a trainer would be beneficial.
Familiar with Indonesian Occupational Health & Safety regulations and legal framework.
Able to work independently and supervise a team.
Understand K3 and Environment regulations & laws in Indonesia.
Understand the concept of ISO 9001.
Have related certificates such as ISO 9001, CSP (Certified Safety Professional), IOSH level 3, Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), etc.
Familiar with HSE Management System in aligned to recognized standard.
Good computer literacy in word-processing and spreadsheet software, such as Ms. Word & Excel.
Proficient in English and/or Mandarin.
Ability to think and act strategically and proactively.
Have excellent communication and coordination skills.
Willing to be placed in Batam.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the implementation of HSE policies and procedures in the workplace.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and work areas to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Identify potential hazards and perform risk assessments.
Provide HSE guidance and training to employees and contractors.
Coordinate incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and prepare corrective action reports.
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) according to company and legal standards.
Prepare and submit regular HSE reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management.
Monitor compliance with government regulations, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001/14001), and company policies.
Collaborate with operational teams to promote and strengthen safety culture in the workplace.
Supervise emergency response programs and lead drills (fire drill, evacuation, first aid).
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas industries.
Certified HSE Officer / General Safety (AK3) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Job Description:
Daily facility and fleet inspection including 5S implementation
In charge for facility and route assessment (safety journey management)
Monitor safe operation and maintenance of the working environment, plant and systems
Monitor maintenance of safe access and egress to the workplace
Monitor safe use, handling and storage of dangerous substances
Review arrangements and controls intended to prevent the risk of electrocution from portable or fixed electrical appliances and/or systems
Perform road accident investigation & reporting
In charge for training 5S & emergency drill for staff, and defensive driving training & safety riding for SPX driver/rider
Conduct daily safety briefing for all drivers
Monitoring driver qualification and selection process
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Health, Safety, and Environment or Electrical Engineering or any related field
Minimum 1 years of experience as HSE in Logistics or Trucking Company (preferably warehousing)
Have basic fire fighting certificate
Have a AK3 Umum and Listrik from Kemenakertrans
Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet formula and Google Slides)
Familiar with Warehouse Safety Management System & 5S Implementation

Job Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and programs to support the company’s overall objectives.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize HSE risks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant QHSE regulations, standards, and industry requirements.
Provide training and guidance to employees on QHSE best practices and procedures.
Investigate and report on QHSE-related incidents, accidents, and non-conformances, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in QHSE performance.
