Qualifications:

Min. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Fire System Engineering, Public Health, or Environmental Techniques.

Min. 3 years experience in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment).

Have experience working in Mall / High Rise Building / Apartement.

Certified in General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (AK3U) and Fire Safety Manager.

Thorough understanding of statutory requirements related to the Work Safety & Health (WSH) Act and other safety aspects.

Strong team player with the ability to work independently and influence others.

Willing to work in Night shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Willing to be placed at K Mall – Central Jakarta.

Job Description:

Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.

Ensure and supervise the implementation of HSE procedures to comply with company and government HSE regulations.

Make periodic reports related to HSE implementation in the company.

Provide information, regulations, standards, and HSE procedures that apply in the company if there are updates to interested employees.

Supervise the implementation of business processes, policies and SOPs.

Develop HSE programs that are promotive, preventive and corrective in minimizing the number of work accidents and occupational diseases.

Monitor the health conditions of the work environment and the safety of work equipment.

Compile, monitor and maintain documents related to OHS.

Conduct investigations to analyze the causes of work accidents so that the same accidents will not recur.

Compile OHS performance reporting.

Evaluate accident incidents so that accidents with the same cause can be controlled.

Connecting between the company and the government.

Conduct building inspections of tenants, exhibitions, events, and area shophouses.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join our team at PT Singatac Bintan to play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our operations in Bintan Riau Islands.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 7 years’ experience as an HSE Manager or equivalent role in the fabrication oil & gas, marine and offshore industry

Degree or diploma in technical or Engineering related field

Demonstrated expertise in developing, implementing and monitoring HSE management systems

Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental Indonesia regulations and other international standard (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 etc)

Strong skills at incident investigation and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal & external parties (include overseas client representative)

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum education of a Bachelor’s or Diploma degree (S1/D3) in any Engineering discipline.

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in construction and SPAM (Drinking Water Supply System) operations, including familiarity with HSE requirements and implementation.

Tasks & responsibilities

Develop, control, and implement HSE (K3L) programs across Construction and Operational activities.

Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (HIRADC) in all work areas, and ensure the availability of emergency response facilities and safety equipment in accordance with applicable standards.

Assist management in promoting and driving HSE culture, ensuring that HSE programs are implemented effectively and efficiently.

Prepare the schedule and conduct meetings of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (P2K3).

Prepare, review, and coordinate HSE reports, including contractor HSE reports and operational HSE reports.

Coordinate and support the preparation of general safety training, particularly those related to construction work such as confined space entry, risk assessment, manual handling, construction work safety, and fire-fighting training.

Ensure periodic implementation of the SMK3 (OHS Management System) internal audit, and ensure effective follow-up actions are completed in accordance with audit findings.
