2. Environmental Management:Environmental Risk Assessment:Identifying potential environmental impacts of the organization’s activities. Environmental Compliance:Ensuring the organization complies with environmental regulations and permits. Waste Management:Developing and implementing plans for the proper disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

Pollution Prevention:Implementing measures to prevent and reduce pollution from the organization’s activities. Sustainability:Promoting sustainable practices throughout the organization. 3. Other Responsibilities:Employee Training:Developing and delivering training programs on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental awareness.

Communication:Communicating safety and environmental information to employees and management. Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incidents. Reporting:Preparing regular reports for management on the status of HSE programs.

Collaboration:Collaborating with other departments to implement safety and environmental initiatives.

Description

• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment.
• Ensure and supervise the implementation of HSE procedures to comply with company and government HSE regulations.
• Make periodic reports related to HSE implementation in the company.
• Provide information, regulations, standards, and HSE procedures that apply in the company if there are updates to interested employees.
• Supervise the implementation of business processes, policies and SOPs.
• Develop HSE programs that are promotive, preventive and corrective in minimizing the number of work accidents and occupational diseases.
• Monitor the health conditions of the work environment and the safety of work equipment.
• Compile, monitor and maintain documents related to OHS.
• Conduct investigations to analyze the causes of work accidents so that the same accidents will not recur.
• Compile OHS performance reporting
• Evaluate accident incidents so that accidents with the same cause can be controlled.
• Connecting between the company and the government.
• Conduct building inspections of tenants, exhibitions, events, and area shophouses.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Have a General OHS Expert certification.
• Fluent in English is required
• Have work in the same field at least 2 years experience
• Preferably have experience working in Building Management.
• Understand OHS legislation and other relevant regulations.
• Have experience in Fire Safety
  •Capable of conducting HSE inspections, implementing HSE inspection programs, and reporting HSE inspections.
