Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in K3/Safety Management/Environmental Engineering or related
Experienced as Safety/HSE Supervisor for at least 2 years of working experience in Food or Beverages Manufacturing
Must have Ahli K3 Umum Certification & PPLB3
Expertise knowledge of ISO 45001, Basic First Aid, Basic Firefighting
Understand QC 7 tools, Halal, Food Safety, Calibration, HACCP, 5R, & GMP
Willing to be placed in the Karawang Barat area

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all HSE policies and procedures are implemented across departments
Identify potential hazards in hotel operations (rooms, kitchen, public areas, engineering)
Conduct HSE training for employees (fire safety, emergency response, PPE usage)
Ensure emergency response plans are in place and updated
Monitor waste management, energy use, and sustainability practices
Maintain HSE documentation, SOPs, and compliance records
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in hospitality, hotel or property industry
Experience handling audits and regulatory compliance
Certified HSE Officer / General Safety (AK3) is an advantage
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards
Energetic, responsible and team oriented
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is an advantage
