Civil & HSE Staff ensures a safe workplace by implementing K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) procedures, identifying hazards, conducting inspections, maintaining safety documentation and also manages, supervise, construction projects

Job Description :

Create structural blueprints, site grading, utility plans, and drainage reports using tools like AutoCAD.

Conduct cost estimation (/RAB) and quantity take-offs

Supervise on-site construction activities, perform site visits, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Regularly inspecting the workplace to identify potential dangers and evaluating risks to prevent accidents.

Ensuring all operational activities adhere to company policies and national standards.

Conducting daily or routine site inspections to monitor compliance and performing internal safety audits.

Investigating accidents, near-misses, and environmental incidents to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Organizing and delivering safety training sessions (e.g., safety induction, tool-box talks) to employees.

Creating, updating, and maintaining HSE reports, including accident reports, incident analysis, and Alat Pelindung Diri (APD)  usage records.

Developing emergency procedures and ensuring safety equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits) is functional

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2 years working experience in similiar role (Mall, Hotel or Office Building).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, SAP and Microsoft 365 (Excel/Word).

Strong Leadership skills.

Proficient in Interpersonal and Communication skills.

Requires Ahli K3 Umum (General K3 Specialist) certification.

Problem solving ability and capability to manage unexpected situations.

Results and service oriented with an eye for details.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on 24/7 standby, proactive and sense of urgency with a “can do” attitude is a must.

About the Role

Responsible for leading the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs at the mine site to ensure all operational activities comply with HSE standards and regulations, while minimizing workplace incidents and environmental impact.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily HSE activities across all mine site operations

Lead investigation of incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented

Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments (HIRARC/JSA)

Develop and deliver HSE training, induction, and toolbox meeting programs for employees and contractors

Monitor compliance with PPE usage, work permits, and safety procedures on-site

Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies on HSE reporting and compliance matters

Lead and mentor Safety Officers and HSE team members in daily field operations

Prepare and present HSE performance reports to site management

Qualifications:

Minimum D3/S1 in Occupational Health & Safety, Mining Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role within mining or heavy industry

Hold a General OHS Certificate / AK3 Umum (mandatory); POP/POM certificate is an advantage

Strong understanding of mining safety regulations (Kepmen ESDM, PP No. 55 Year 2010)

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Willing to be placed on-site

General Requirements

Physically and mentally fit for remote/site working conditions

Good communication and teamwork skills
